Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded.

Firstly, i like the location because of the connectivity and it is near to many notable places. And coming to room, worth for price and it is very comfortable for my family. However, need to improve the cleanliness in bathroom. Food : Meghalaya Hotel has well managed on the ground floor with good menu. But the only thing is price. It is little expensive as it is 3-star Meghalaya Hotel but it’s ok for me.

Hotel location is perfect with all basic amenities nearby. Besides the Meghalaya Hotel itself justified it's ratings. The only complain i have that even after booking two rooms for 3 members initially. There was extra charge for adding my wife in the trip at last moment. I had to pay rs for her two day stay. However overall it was great experience.

Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the Meghalaya Hotel staff. Appreciated from my bottom of my heart. Wish to drop in when ever i get a chance to be in vishakapatnam. We are not new to meghalaya and so no regrets. I advise the staff to recheck the room before offering it to the guest. The shower was not working good with water leaks, the soap holder was dancing and had to wait for 1 hour to get the needed from house keeping. You are there since 40 years and i only want you to do well.

I knew very well about the property for the last 15 years, regarding the location and city. Regarding the stay, it was ok and comfortable. No disturbances. Since it is in the hear of he city shopping is very easy. Another major advantages is it was easy for my friends to meet me. Near to railwastation and bus stand.

The location is very accessible by road and rail. It's couple of kilometres away to beach and malls. Rooms are spacious and restaurant is good. Cleanliness and hygiene is good. But the rooms we had has no kettle or packaged drinking water or mini fridge. Can improve in these areas.

It's a good Meghalaya Hotel with nice rooms and ambience has a inhouse restaurant which serves good tasty food, only thing is to improve is room service, if room service gets improved i think it will be considered as one of the best Meghalaya Hotel in visakhapatnam
