Meraki Maison | Rooms in a Villa

The property is well run and well maintained. The staff are courteous and helpful. Many of the young staff are only fluent in Hindi but with a combination of English and Tamil and gestures, we managed to effectively communicate. The fittings in the room and bathroom are modern and eye pleasing. We stayed in a room (ground level) where the large windows opened into the driveway. Hence, we needed to always keep the curtains drawn to avoid others looking into our room. Breakfast is by caterers and complimentary. A suggestion: If an arrangement for providing food between 7 to 8pm, at cost, for those who need it can be arranged, it will be nice. We had some difficulty with food delivery with Swiggy but this may not be the norm. Overall, a pleasant place to stay and experience Ooty.

We visited ooty recently and stayed at meraki maison. It was great stay. My father-in-law got sick on first night. The property manager danish helped me with hospital number. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. On request, they packed us some idlis next day for him to eat. They went out of their way to help us. Location is also very good. Only drawback is that they don't serve lunch and dinner. We used swiggy for food. They served scrumptious breakfast though. The idlis were tasty. I would recommend meraki mason to everyone.

We have selected meraki maison by coincidence but one of the best in ooty was discovered we have travel-led in many places this was our 21 Meraki Maison | Rooms in a Villa and nothing out of special for the money you paid they give the service more than you paid for and that is their specialty i travel-led with my wife and wanted to stay in a place which is not noisy and overcrowded and the Meraki Maison | Rooms in a Villas folks speaks all different languages and they will guide you with transportation if you need

Meraki Maison is that one off place where once you enter the premise you are quite drawn to how well maintained and cozy the place is.
While the rooms are a bit small, they are well furnished and have all the basic amenities.
The staff is really great and helpful.
Food is good and the buffet spread is decent.
The property is not far from the main town and a quick walk around the property has a cute cafe and Taj Savoy which are a must visit as well.
Overall, Meraki Maison is a pleasant, comfortable and cozy stay.

Everything was great. The staffs are very welcoming and are at your service when needed. They try to fulfill every small needs of yours. Only thing i wished it could have a kitchen so that the guests do not have venture out for lunch and dinner. It serves only breakfast which they order from outside. They will prepare tea, poori, omelette and dose at their premises. Beside electric kettle is also provided. Please carry a 5litre mineral water as they give tap water.

It was such an amazing stay with a very classy room architecture and amazing room interiors, design as well as furniture. the service was top notch and very very hygienic with delicious food served for breakfast. We were received very professionally and were assisted very well throughout the stay. There is no view though. But if that’s not so important since you’d be travelling around anyways and seeing multiple views, I would surely recommend this stay!!

rooms were really cozy, nice experience. very helpful staff.. although they didn't have in house restaurant, they had menus from nearby restaurants and based on order the Meraki Maison | Rooms in a Villa staff fetch it. 24hrs hot water availability as well. we had 3 people for our stay in a superior room and there was less room for an extra mattress. that was the only downside, but it was manageable. hence, i will recommend stay here.!. that's all..

Property is located at the heart of ooty. We found the place to be the exact match to what we were looking for. Easily reachable to the government boat house, rose garden, doddabetta peak and many other tourist spots. Service was awesome and breakfast was equally good. Ideal for a small family as the room is small. But if you are planning to roam around and do sight seeing, this is the best place. Overall a very good experience, pleasant stay.

Staff's were wonderful and helpful. Nice rooms and they were neat and clean. Standard room was bit small that makes little bit congested that's all but cost effective.

The property is located close to most attractions and restaurants. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast served was delicious. Only area of improvement would be that the rooms need a little more attention when it comes to maintenance. Otherwise a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed a lot. And it’s different experience. And food is really like home food. It’s tasty and their staffs are all really friendly. Love the room ambiance which is like french style. Must visit this place

The stay is very good place to stay. Its a bit difficult to find but the service is very good. The rooms are slightly small, but very well furnished and maintained. The staff is very hospitable. Would recommend to anyone travel-ling to ooty

Meraki mason made a beautiful villa out of the small space they have. It’s great if you want a premium place to if your plan to roam around in ooty. Negatives we had this feeling of suffocation especially at night they could some kind of ventilation. Also lack of any cupboard spaces. Food is decent. Near by restaurant makes up for it.

Was an awesome stay. Really it had a great ambiance and was filled with a lot of positivity. thankyou for making our stay a wonderful one.🥰 Loved the cozy bed and also the tasty n healthy breakfast.

No words to describe the property. Well maintained. Excellent behaviour from staff. Scrumptious breakfast served in the morning.
