Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand

We stayed in mercure for 3 nights. I would like to mention it was a very good and memorable stay. At check in they gave me a room and i felt that room alila smelly. They immediately changed the room. Very prompt service. The rooms are big enough for a family of 3. Bathrooms are tidy. Coming to breakfast. I must mention mercure has a very good variety and quality of food. I have visited both mysore and now hyderabad one. Both are equally good in terms of their breakfast buffet. Hospitality at the breakfast buffet is recommendable. I would like specially thanks Rimpa who served us for all the 3 days and took care of what all we need to eat. This is a great choice for anyone who wants to have good and comfortable stay. A big thanks to the hyd mercure team!

When i checked in, it was not a good experience, which i got from the front office staff. The lady who was the supervisor doesn't have politeness in her words and deeds. Anyway it was a late check-in. I felt so starved. I have gone to have food at the restaurant. Instantly, things have changed the lady ms. Maneesha, who served us, was very polite and patient. She's suggested amazing foods of hyderabad. Mr. Anirudh, mr. Chandrakanth, mr. Sunny, obviously chief chef and gm of the Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand, they come and meet each guest as individually. The propert was so nice and food too.

The overall stay was pleasant and peaceful. The staff was very courteous. The food was also good. One thing i didn't like was the view from my room. It was some old demolished structures and dirty, so didn't like this part. The price for which i got the room was very high as compared to similar other Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brands, but i had a workshop in the same Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand so choose it, otherwise would have stayed at some other Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand with lower price.

stay was too good, spacious room, tasty food, well maintained property, over all very good experience, and very important is good staff., they are very helpful... gym is very good, spa service is very good, and very affordable, cost of food also very affordable when we compare with another five star Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brands, location also very perfect and easy to access… thank you

The property was really good. Well maintained. Rooms were spacious. The Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand staff was courteous and helpful looking after all your needs. The food was good, however the Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand needs to work on their buffet spread, especially the desserts section. Checkin was quick. Room was clean and of a decent size. With all the amenities which one would expect in a 4 star Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand. Toiletries where loaded so did not have any concern. Toilet and bath room was neat and clean. Breakfast had 2 live counter and a mix of all options. Overall good value for money for a business visit.

Clean rooms with a nice view from the large windows. Washrooms are super clean and the Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand staff are very professional and polite. Did not understand why they wanted food to be paid as soon as in-room dining got it to the room instead of at check out. All in all a decent property. Cheers!

Well maintained rooms, more of a business center location so the space was way too small. Breakfast had a wide spread, enjoyed it.

Room is very nice and hygiene. Maintenance is good, quick response from staff even at night. Nice place to stay in hyderabad

The stay was very good. The buffet spread for lunch and breakfast was good. Child friendly place. The staffs were very kind and helpful. Recommnded place for comfortable and pleasant stay for family with kids. Located in prime location with metro and road connectivity. Zero plastic usage is to be highly appreciated.

Every thing is good except lunch, it's very bad in quality and taste, moreover, the cost is too high. The ambiance of the Mercure Hyderabad KCP - An AccorHotels brand maintenance is very good. We enjoyed our first and i want to recommend to my friend and others.
