The room was unfortunately not in the best condition. The toilet roof had a leak, the mattresses were not clean, and the room had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. However, the surroundings were pleasant.

My stay was awesome the place is located in peace and constant noise of water stream relaxes you by soul, The care taker of the property is very helpful in every manner. The rooms were clean and at last the owner was very professional.

We had a disappointing stay at Mercy’s Restaurant. After checking in early morning, there was no electricity to charge our phones, no hot water, the jet spray didn’t work, and even the door knob was broken. When we reported these issues, the staff moved us to another room without informing us of extra charges. At checkout, they demanded ₹300 for the upgrade despite our inconvenience. This is unfair—we request justice and proper accountability.

The bathroom ceiling can't withstand the rain so the rain water came into room and it was so slippery.However other facilities was average, they provided alternate power source while current cut that also drained soon i can't even charge my mobile fully.And i travelled with my pet and it can't walk along the stairs because it was so slippery with rain . And the services was good at anytime like with hotwater amd tea.And the main thing the location was very good the environment was lit with nature.

very nice & beautiful place if we need food there is arranged everything very low expenses but location apart 16km from munnar is draw back Nearer by no hotel shop available it's located apart from 3km of village So everything purchase then we checkin in resort

The homestay is well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowd. Hospitality: The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were clean and well-kept, deserving a 4-star rating. However, the transparent window curtains compromised privacy, which could be improved. Food & Facilities: While the homestay doesn’t provide food, guests can use the kitchen to cook their own meals, which is a great option. The property also offers WiFi, hot water, and the option to use a bonfire, adding to the overall experience. Suggestions for Improvement: Having a television in the rooms, fixing the fan, and replacing the curtains for better privacy would make the stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would rate it 4.5/5. If you're looking for a peaceful stay near Munnar with a homely feel, I would definitely recommend Mercy Munnar!

worst experience. they didn't give towels , bathing soap . no wifi , the rooms are dirty and full of mould . arrogant staff very rude behaviour we called multiple times they didn't respond. property owner also rude behaviour (elwin) . we requested another room but they denied. and asked for extra money . i have dust allergy and i couldn't sleep properly. DON'T GO THERE EXPECTING THE Rooms In THE PHOTOS. THEY ARE CLEARLY CHEATING CUSTOMERS.

Just spent one night but our caretakers were so helpful and accomodating, they assisted with laundry afternoon chai, made the best home style dinner of chapati, rice, egg curry and veg sabzi. And morning breakfast very early. They arranged also for someone to take us on a tour trip and helped with our bags. Very sweet spot near a temple and church. With a beautiful garden and playful germane shepherd, hershey.

Staff are very polite and veer helpful and rooms are spacious. But in my room there was no tv. Nice location.
