There is fungus in bathroom ceiling, no ventilation in bathroom. There is no power backup or inverter supply during power cuts. The only good thing is parking availability apart from it nothing good about hotel.

The location is easy to reach. Just 500m from victory tunnel which can be reached from bhs stand via local bus transportation. 1. 2 km from mall road room is decent in size. But even though a/c room was booked there was no a/c in the room.

very helpful person, extra bed charged at very low rate. Booked two rooms but window was only at one room, very beautiful view.

I booked two super deluxe rooms but one room size was average and 2nd room size was too much small i asked for this issue but no one is help don’t know why and most important mall road is not near from this hotel

Room was at good location, but not as much comfortable as it should be for the number of persons it was booked for. They give room for 2 adults only, irrespective of how many of you are traveling (if an extra person is travel-ling along or not) one of the staff members was also very rude at times

The hotel is near to mall road with parking facility, room size was good and nice valley view.

I had stayed in two hotels but this one is really great stay Good people - Dharma ji and Sharma ji Good staff kushal and other, very good service Tea is really Good Near Mall road , walking distance Beautiful pictures , scenic beauty 😍❤️ On the way to KUFRI Parking is available in hotel GOOD size room with good quality beds , bedsheet etc Really great option for affordable price hotel ,in season costlier,but I liked it Hope your tour of Shimla full enjoying with the family Plan accordingly,

This hotel is terrible very poor hygiene gyeser was not working there was no water to drink room was terrible do not stay in this cheap hotel

Overall good hotel, rooms are clean, room service is good, only one problem power back up is not working during my stay.

This is the burst hotel i have ever visited. People in this hotel are thief. My wife forget her gold ornament in room. We give key to hotel staff for cleaning. When we come to room ornament was missing. When hotel staff was asked for this they start making excuses. We even told them, we have kept this in room. But there is no honesty left at all. So its advice everyone specially families not to visit this hotel ever. Really this hotel ruined are stay at shimla. Pathetic people. We are going to raise fir soon on this regards sumit kumar

Property is very good with nice amenities

We were given room no. 306. the room was super dirty. No exhaust fan, no ventilation. Congested and difficult 2 breath in. Fungus was grown in the washroom and the walls were dirty. Super hard mattresses and the blankets we were given smelled badly and were torn. Even we were charged by the kitchen for the things we didn't order! It was quite unprofessional! They had terrible smelling tea and milk, so wen we gave'em our own packaged milk, they refused to make it fr us in a very abrupt manner. The cleaning guy and d room attendant were d only good thing we had in this 3 day stay. So d stay was not recommendable. Not only a hotel bad for itself but also destructive for d reputation of 'MakeMyTrip'. Never knew that a Super Deluxe Room can have these 3rd class facilities at it's disposal. Highly disappointing!
