Our stay was quite disappointing. Firstly, the rooms were not pleasant at all when we checked in — the atmosphere felt dull and unwelcoming. We had to request a room freshener just to make it bearable. Though we managed to get a decent sleep, things got worse in the morning. The hot water was not working, which completely disrupted our morning routine and delayed our itinerary. When we reported it, the reception staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, showing no of urgency or concern. Thankfully, one person named Arun tried to assist us by bringing a heater coil and putting in some effort — we truly appreciate that. However, despite his help, we still ended up taking a cold-water bath, which was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, this kind of basic issue and poor service response is unacceptable, especially when guests expect a minimum level of comfort. Definitely not worth recommending unless major improvements are made.

The place is right beside the main road and has lots of shops and food options available. The service is decent and rooms are good as well for the price. Parking is the only concern there as it's on some other road, around 250m away and without any security at night.

The experience was really good. I recommend this hotel. The stay and place is really good. It is quite easily accessible as it is near the bus stop.

Actually it's a good stay for me. I booked a single bed, personally I'm satisfied.. The hotel is located inside the main road so we can find it easily....

Service hopeless rooms are maintained in good condition and for food we have to find ourselves wanting

Clean rooms . Washroom. Even small best for price. Good staff. Prime location. No windows. But premium quality furniture.

The room was worth the amount paid. Very affordable, location was also very accessible. Room and bathroom was neat and tidy. One suggestion would be - pillow covers seemed old due to which it was not white, it was cream in colour. Please try to change the same.

Staffs behaviour is really very cheap... forcing to keep rooms key on reception,and we lost some cash from the room.No proper cleaning,water is not available all the time....if we call reception they have many more excuses....The person in the reception is always in an Alcoholic mood..Not a safe place to stay with family.

I recently stayed at meridian by dean in balaramapuram and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers spacious rooms with a comfortable layout, making it a good choice for travelers. The bathroom was well-maintained and hygienic, which is a big plus. The property also provides easy access to nearby restaurants, making dining options convenient. One of the highlights is the availability of parking, although it is located about 100 meters away from the hotel. The staff was courteous, well-behaved, and helpful throughout my stay, adding to the overall positive experience. However, i did notice that the bedsheet was not as clean as expected, which could be improved for better hygiene. Ensuring fresh and spotless bedding would enhance the guest experience significantly. Despite this minor issue, my stay was comfortable, and i would consider returning. If the hotel improves its housekeeping standards slightly, it could be an even better choice for travelers looking for a well-located and budget-friendly stay.

Value for money, clean rooms & bathroom, polite staff. No food in hotel, hotel is also known as alif arcade, on negative side the nearest veg restaurent is sarvanas 10 kms on down south side.
