The rooms which are apart from pool facing are small and they have limited pool view rooms. The service was good but rooms were a bit dirty. Overall 3.5 stars out of 5. It’s a bit far from city chaos which is an advantage.

Rooms are clean but location is a big no. It’s inside a village doesn’t give you a resort vibe and bad gutter smells.

My stay at the hotel was generally good, but I was not satisfied with the room service. The intercom phone was not working properly, which made it difficult to contact the staff. Additionally, when we requested extra coffee and sugar packets, they were not provided. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but room service definitely needs improvement.

Dirty headboard, stained bathroom, hair strands everywhere and a stench that hits you the moment you enter. Not worth more than . We booked another hotel and walked out. The manager even refused to pick the call from makemytrip.

Poor Room Standard and Service

We have booked a deluxe and standard room. Deluxe room was terrible, AC not working , Light Tripping and No person to attend when there is no electricity. This is by far the worst property I stayed with Meritas. Food is good as usual for any meritas property.

I had a good experience staying here with the family. the food here is really good, however the options are limited but good enough. the staff is polite and helpful. the property is small in size and rooms are bit smaller in size also. I would say the price is on higher side if we consider the location and rooms size/conditions.

The stay was excellent... the ambience was very good and lovely.... The food was excellent.... The room was as shown in the picture with neat and clean. the stuff inside the room was all available and the room service was also great The staff was very polite and was available as and when in a call we also visited the temple nearby the resort is beautiful sharing the photos of the same.
