Rooms entry was connected through an common living area, No space to sit and dinning where as it was shown in MMTC voucher. Other guests may visit frequently in living area, No privacy. Don't book Superior room with private Pool. Food quality was Awesome .

The Location was good. The property was not very clean as I expected. The breakfast was good while property lacked cleanliness. The Bathrooms were not clean and there were insets/rodents creeping inside room. There was no refrigerator and no launddry bags provided. Though it was monsoon, the floors were not swept properly. There were no attendants to clean the park area and all the slides were wet as it was earlier. The breakfast did not start on time. I will prefer Meritas Countryside over Aura

Our rooms do not come with refrigerators, as they are not part of the standard amenities. Laundry bags are available upon request; however, we currently do not offer in-house laundry services is out -source. Regarding the outdoor garden and park area, it is an open layout, and despite regular cleaning, the space may appear wet and slippery due to continuous heavy monsoon rains. We understand this can be inconvenient and are looking into ways to better manage this during the rainy season. We also apologize for the delay in breakfast service and the issues faced with bathroom cleanliness and pest control. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and kitchen teams for immediate improvement. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
