Meritas Crystal Resort

Please maintain the smell in the room as it was not as good as expected, maintenance is required. And also the game zone needs to improve.

Not good. Room was not clean. Cockroaches were there in fridge and bathroom. Breakfast was also average. It's a 4 star property but looks like 3 star.

food was good. breakfast was good. location very near. we booked jacuzzi room which was amazing and spacious.

They took extra charges from us

I had booked your hotel for just to relax and my stay was pathetic means cannot define being a hotelier room given had stains on the floor ac unit was broken my pillow had stains bed sheet had stains curtains had stains all over it breakfast is not upto the mark donuts had salt in it if in case I would have eaten it fully I would have spoiled my health and your duty manager didn’t even bother to do anything thought of extending my stay but unfortunately I decided to check out of the hotel immediately idli at the breakfast area was soggy medu vada had not taste not knife given for putting butter over the bread I am sorry to say not coming back

we enjoyed stay. very nice and polite staff. Breakfast was very nice and there were variety of dishes. Lot of choice. For lunch and dinner menu is very high in price.

It was an excellent hotel. The location, the property, cleanliness, hotel rooms, the pool area all were exceptionally maintained and clean. The staff was polite and hospitable. Moreover, the food was just amazing! It was economical with 5 star ratings. Must recommend stay!

Location, food and property was awesome but there was no fridge in the room the wifi was not working properly the gallery window was so hard, TV was working aş per old system channel wise their was no YouTube in the TV.

1. The property was looking old 2. The food was average 3. Outer structure of the hotel was good but the infrastructure was looking old and was average

it was disappointing this time. room was not ready even after requesting for early check-in. there were missing amenities in the room like hair dryer, we had to call for it. the Wi-Fi in the room was pathetic, almost not working.

The images uploaded over the mmt is not matching to the room I visited, The food was quite expensive compare to taste of it. Overall not better experience

There was no soap dispenser in the washroom which is very disappointing. it's basic thing to provide in washroom

I was assigned rooms in the Windsor wing ground floor. Rooms are very old and not maintained properly. There was a very bad smell coming out of the room. I informed the reception about it and they changed the room but the changed room also had the same condition and smell. Parking is another challenge there. They have limited parking space available and I had to park my vehicle on the road. The swimming pool and game zone are in terrible condition. It needs proper maintenance. Though the food is good in the restaurant (Bombay Gourmet) but it is over priced.

The location of the property is well accessible, near the highway. But the property is way too overpriced considered the amenities. We booked our stay for a room with bathtub and balcony (specifically) but we're disappointed by both the specialities. The same price offers a much better facility. Staff hospitality is good and food quality is also nice.

Stay was wonderful at meritas crystal resort in lonavala. Comfortable stay with good infrastructure, kids friendly, good food, good service.

Good Property, Excellent Swimming Pool and waterpark - Great for kids. staff and housekeeping is good too. location is excellent!
