No food available at the restaurant. Rooms could have been better. Low security

The stay was good but wifi was unavailable and this TV also was not working. The staff was good.

Good location. Spacious flat but maintenance is very very average. Bed was like reused for many days. Wash room very poor toiletries.

not cleaned premises, no good bed spreads, no drinking water, neither there is any hot water kettle, nor iron stand for ironing, no functional stove or microwave. i felt unsafe with the impolite behaviour of room service boys and the extra bed provided was totally in an unhygienic state. the sofas provided was a scrap material, totally worn out furniture…my stay there was horrible…no proper approach road to the location and parking was not sufficient to park my car… totally dissatisfied with the service and had a horrible stay, they didn’t even provide round the clock room service, unprofessional people are maintaining the property

Very cozy stay the rooms were neat and good surrounding with good tiffins and chinese items to eat

I usually prefer a service apartment even for my business trips. This area is very silent yet well connected. Big and spacious rooms with regular housekeeping staffs. Ajay has been a great host. He will always go the extra mile for you.

The property location is good has parking available, but the hygiene is poor. The bed sheets are dirty and so the pillows. Not a well maintained property

Excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy. Manager ajay, is the best at his behaviour and given us a good hospitality.

It's a calm and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff and well maintained. Ideal space to stay for families and business corporates. Very close to usa consulate. We get an entire 700sqft room at 2000rs which is not possible in and around gachibowli area hotels. Very wonderful and good stay

It's a calm and spacious place. Property also has bhk and 2bhk, ideal for a cosy and spacious stay. Bhk has hall, kitchen, bedroom. Very competitive price compared to just hotel rooms.

The hall and kitchen are well maintained but the bedroom was horrible, a stingy smell coming from bedsheets, pillows and blankets. The blanket was untidy.

Staff behaviour is very good and rooms are clean and hygiene location is in good location and it is in privacy place

It was mentioned as 2 bhk and i booked it and after i reached the place, i got to know that someone else would also be sharing the other bedroom. So i had to pay another 1500 rupees upfront to ensure privacy. Washrooms are not so great but somehow we had two of them and 1 was good and the other was not so great.

No maintenance, no geyser no hot water, a. C was not controlled, cockroaches. It is very far from gachibowli

1. The property is 400 meters from the main road. For any small thing you need to walk to the main road. The walk is through a desolate road and is infested with aggressive street dogs and pigs. 2. ⁠The bathrooms are not cleaned properly and toilet is stained. 2. The 1-BHK I stayed had cockroaches. 3. ⁠There is no cutlery in the room. If you order food from Swiggy they will give you a plastic plate and steel spoon. No forks, no small dishes nothing if you have gravy. 4. ⁠There is no kitchen associated. You have to go the property located opposite to get hot food. Even there nothing opens till 8.15 AM. 5. ⁠I reached at 10.30 PM on one of the days from office and found that all the lights in the corridor and stairs are switched off. I had to use my phone light to insert key into the keyhole. 6. ⁠they give one water bottle for your entire stay. It is not replenished daily. Of course there is. RO water bubbletop but both the top and the dispenser were not exactly clean. 7. ⁠Thw reception is dysfunctional. The caretaker is unkempt, sleeps in the reception till 9.00 AM. The chairs and sofas in the reception are derelict.

The home stay is good and location wise it's convenient for us to travel and the only thing we didn't like is the cockroaches and leakage in the kitchen, except that everything was good and well spent time with my family here.

Overall it is a ok kind of property. Service is not upto the mark. There is no drinking water, tea kettle etc

It is a 1bhk apartment with one bedroom and lot’s of space outside in the living room and kitchen. There is a working refrigerator and the hosts are great. No pressure from their side for checkout and the best value for money i have ever got. Highly recommend for short days of stay
