Humble Staff Members Santosh and Kumar: Santosh and Kumar (hope I got the name right) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their warm smiles and always helpful attitude made all the difference. Proactive Receptionist: The receptionist was always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any queries promptly. No Tip Policy: No awkward fumbling for change—just pure relaxation. Food Delivery Convenience: Swiggy and Zomato deliveries right to my room delivered by Santosh and others with cutlery Efficient Service: Lightning-fast responses and impeccable service—kudos to the entire staff! When we enquiredabout a nice Merlot Leisures around gitam college vizag we came across this Merlot Leisures. Noone has any idea and many local friends even never heard about this name. But after seeing a few reviews we reluctantly booked it. Our driver became so rest less and doubtful as he never seen any thing like that and locating became very difficult and found it only after contacting the reception! after entering the Merlot Leisures it was so smooth and heartening we almost forgot about the inconvenience in finding it. The room was so spacious and cozy tasteful!the interior was very fine and soothing the complimentary breakfast was very nice and delicious and the important thing is the owners of the Merlot Leisures were directly supervising everything and attending for every query. Spent a day there happily i strongly recommend who ever is looking for a nice Merlot Leisures near beach road vizag. Moreover it's very near to ttd temple and git-am university and gvp

The Merlot Leisures rooms are fantastically spacious and was very clean. Not so good approach road to reach there. Far from any noise. The views were ok. Building looks premium. There is no parking lot and the cars get heavily heated under the sun. Overall the stay was pretty decent. Breakfast offered was nice. Will definitely consider coming here once again.

The property is new and well maintained. We have booked the sea view room and the view of the sea was amazing right from our bed. We have been provided complimentary breakfast which was good. The only advice is that the glasses are dirty and need a bit more of cleaning from the outside so that we can enjoy better view from the room.

I have visited vizag for an campus interviews and got the booking done for merlot, at first i thought it was just a home stay but nothing. After checking in i was lost looking at the welcome with ambience big room space and clean. Very huge rooms and nice sea view. I enjoyed and will be coming again with family. Preetham

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The view from the room is beautiful. The buffet breakfast is also delicious. A little shade for the parking spot would be nice. I highly recommend and would visit again!

Stay was good. Good hospitality. Excellent room arrangement. Superb sorrondings. Only minus point is there is no resturant which is a vital part of a good Merlot Leisures.
