MERRY VILAS

We had a very lovely time there and the stay was great. The service, the staff, wow, they are just great. Even though the breakfast is complimentary you can have the items as per your wish. The staff is cordial enough to ask you if there's any problem regarding your stay there. And one day we had to wake up early in the morning to catch the toy train and we never expected to get breakfast at 5. 30 in the mornig but we did get and the best thing was we were told about sandwiches the previous night but in the morning we were surprised to have **** paratha. On being asked, the boy said that since there wasn't any bread, so he made the parathas. We couldn't thank him enough. Me and my husband had stayed in many MERRY VILASs but never did we get such good service as Merry Villa's. And yes the food, just wow. Even the humble poori sabzi tastes delicious and the non-veg thali, worth your money, it's so **** tasty. I don't know about other people but for us if we happen to visit kurseong again then definitely it will be Merry Villa. A very good job by the staff.

Stayed at this budget MERRY VILAS in Kurseong. I arrived late but had a talk with the owner and ensured that no hiccups took place. The owner and staff also guided me well and helped me plan out my 3 nights stay in a better way. Room was very clean, the staff was quite professional and very well-behaved. The bathroom could have been a little better but can't complain at what I was paying. The food they offer is quite good, however a milk coffee was not upto the mark. Overall, if you are on a budget, this MERRY VILAS is the perfect place to stay. It is a 10 minutes walk from the Kurseong Station. A little strenuous going uphill for 10 minutes to the station, but that's absolutely fine. You even get cabs at the door or a 3-4 minutes walk from the MERRY VILAS, there are a lot of cabs lined up for Siliguri, Darjeeling or even for Kurseong sightseeing.

The MERRY VILAS is located just beside the police station, so it was easy to find. In the opposite of the MERRY VILAS you can find tea garden. View from the room is beautiful. Good and healthy food, affordable price. Happy and hearty service men. They are always available. Very cozy ambiance. Even the smallest rooms are clean and comfortable. If you like to travel and feel the true spirit of this small, beautiful, peaceful and simple place, this MERRY VILAS is just the place you are looking for.

Merry villas is a MERRY VILAS on the Pankhabari road about 1 km from kurseong station. It's owners are friendly people and will do their best to accommodate traveller tantrums they are honest, hold a high degree of integrity and go out of their way to address every single need you have. The upper floor rooms are large and nice. Choose those for an extra few hundred bucks and thank me later for telling you. The food at this place is awesome. Special kudos to the resident chef. This MERRY VILAS is simple cheap and effective if you want to enjoy kurseong quietly.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed. WiFi was good when it was on, but wasn't on very often. Breakfast was really good, and lots of it. We had dinner at the MERRY VILAS too and the food every good and great value for money. Soap, toilet roll, toothpaste, bottled water and towels all provided. Hot water for showers, although small geyser. Room and especially bathroom could have been cleaner.

The MERRY VILAS was 15 mins away by walk from the rail station. We reached there at 7 o clock in the evening. They showed us the room, it was good. We had our dinner at 8 because everything close early over there. In the morning we had breakfast and went for sightseeing, the owner of the MERRY VILAS booked us the cab. Overall it was a nice experience.

The location of the MERRY VILAS is about a km from the main town. The host, Abhijit was extremely friendly and caring. And you get the best room available. The room though a bit small was well kept and clean. And I will suggest it is good for two people. Yes, the place is hospitable. You will get to see greenery and mountains with tea bushes.

Our stay at Merry Vilas was terrific. Love the English theme of MERRY VILAS. Food was really nice and so was the staffs behavior and cleanliness. 100% recommended to everyone looking to book MERRY VILAS at a reasonable price in Kurseong.

The MERRY VILAS was located remotely and provided just the environment I was looking for. A peaceful one. Just missed the terrace. A terrace would have added cherry to the cake.
