Furniture in rooms seem to be a bit older and needs some more more attention on cleanliness aspects. Wifi was strong and fast. They have a good travel desk service available 24 hours for urgent travel and airport pickup and drop needs.

The room was kept clean and the room service was good. The breakfast at the Metro Plaza Hotel felt homely as the menu included idly, dosa, puttu, vermicelli upma, corn flakes, chocos and fruits the ordered food for lunch and dinner was received in a zomato parcel. The in-room menu does not have enough choices for vegetarians. A good Metro Plaza Hotel for a budget stay.

Inconspicuous entrance during the day. Big sign board at night. Was scared looking at the entrance. But was amazed at the size of the rooms. King size bed. One extra bed as there were three of us. Lavish bathrooms. Huge lift. Overall a great place for a family stay. Would recommend to all friends and people staying with families.

A perfect budget Metro Plaza Hotel whose usp is it's location which is just outside the railway station. The room was neat, clean and possessed all the basic amenities as expected from a budget Metro Plaza Hotel. Although the building is slightly old, the rooms are renovated. The staff behavior was also very good

Hotel is close to mangalore central railway station, but located in a quiet secluded place. Neat and clean rooms with work desk and tea coffee sachets with kettle for preparing instant tea coffee. Would recommend visitors to mangalore, to try out this Metro Plaza Hotel for a satisfactory experience.

Location is very near to mangaluru central rely stn. Most advantageous. Room where we stayed is spacious and having all basic facilities. Upholstery, furniture neat and clean. 24 hrs hot water is beneficial. Nice polite staff, very nice hospitality. We did not have food. We enjoyed our stay.

The stay was good, very good reception desk, the greatest advantage of staying here is it's proximity to the mangalore central railway station, the rooms are clean but the bathroom are little bit disappointing, but over all a good package considering the budget and affordable charges

The Metro Plaza Hotel is walking distance from manglore railway station, wenlock hospital and is located in heart of city, the Metro Plaza Hotel does lack in room service and in house resturant

Helpful staff, clean rooms and air conditioners were in working condition. Location is prime, you get autos as well.
