i went to that place around 11:30pm, that alone, I'm female, I can't even lift my things, i asked him to help me,but he refused, there is no water in the room, room not clean, very poor, there is no towel, i asked them 1 rupees shampoo, that to they refused to give me, very worst place to stay, i never recommend this hotel, no hospitality, nothing, no humanity

no toiletries ..its no star lodge no room attender..use jug to drink water..poor cleaning

Worst experience ever, the room is not clean. lots of cockroaches in the room. The staff's was not approachable or friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the main attractions and easily accessible. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like a comfortable bed, clean linens, toiletries, and a working AC. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. I really appreciated their quick service and warm hospitality.

The stay was horrible since there was no proper maintenance in the hotel. Initially I was provided a room where the AC was not working and no toiletries including a towel were also provided. Later after some time after repeated requests another room was provided with a working ac. Then also no toiletries were available. Also the bathroom was in bad condition. Not even drinking water was available. When asked for water they advised me to pay extra money and provided a water bottle. Somehow managed to sleep. The overall stay experience was bad and we checked out early in the morning.

Plus point is- Location ✅ Minus point- No service personnel 🙁 Other conveniences - ok

The room was too small, AC was not working and th3 receptionist kept telling g it was on until I insisted to check. There was no heater and I was told it was a solar heater. The room smelled and the bed was dirty. Balcony view was terrible. Far from metro. Rude receptionist, seriously!!!!

Actually this was not a proper hotel, it was a lodge type. The room was very dirty, the room was not cleaned even for a single day, there were no room servants, the AC was in maintenance during the stay, There was no staff even to collect the luggage, they took extra charge for 1 hour early checking.

There r many cockroaches and hairs on the bed , dirty on blanket, nt cleaned properly.

Accesibility : 4/5 ; Close to Metro, Highway, nearby small shops are there. NO CAR PARKING, Cleanliness : 3/5 ; Old sheets, cleaning is just fair, No telephone in the room. They charge 300 rupees more for early checkin. Overall, an average stay experience.
