Room very small. AC had big sound, water dripping, AC remote non functional. TV-Majority of channels are non-functional. No responsible person was available in reception. Breakfast is not up to the mark. The overall experience is bad.

Property is nicely located and almost equidistant from all major areas in Baddi. Rooms are spacious and properly maintained. Food quality of in room dining is good and service is excellent. Reception person is approachable and warmth shown while welcoming guests. Only concern is quality of buffet breakfast which was not at all good.

The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Unfortunately, the food quality was below average. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. When i contacted housekeeping for assistance, they falsely claimed that a technician would arrive shortly, but no one ever came. As a result, i had to endure a stifling night's sleep.
