I liked the lawn and the ambience. It's a good place to relax. Rooms were spacious. I got a suit room with normal room booking as that room was not available. Thanks to the staff. Staff was very helping, including security, room boy and restaurant manager. I had very good experience with the staff. They provide football, table tennis and so on. Could see all families enjoying there. Safety protocols related to covid could be made better. Could find few staff itself without masks. No temperature checks, no one insisted for using hand sanitizer. May be they have followed other protocols but could have made it much more professional and staff strictly wearing nose masks

The location is babg on ecr and very well located. If you have children, then this is the best place to stay because it is very close to vgp universal kingstom, vgp snow kingdom and vgp marine kingdom which is walking distance. Mahabalipuram is about 30 minutes away. There are many eateries nearby as well. Coming to eastwoods, i liked the property. They have a swimming pool and the beach is 500 meters away. It's called the golden beach and very ean and very less. Rowed. Buffet breakfast was included in the room tariff package and it was very good. Service is good as well. I would definitely go back!

I loved this gem of a MGM Eastwoods! the location is great for walking to shops, restaurants etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was done quickly and with no hesitation. I was visiting over the weekend holidays. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The stay was neat and clean. But they have given two separate beds which is not comfortable for couples. They denied later when we asked for new room as well. That should be improved. All rest good. I had a pleased stay. The environment is too good as well. People are too helpful. Room service is ok.

Good place to stay. Location is great and very close to beach and main road. Good one for a family. Maintained well. Worth visiting. Only concern during my stay was , Noisy early morning due to a lorry cleaning sewage around 5am(Receptionist informed me about it during checkout). This can be done later in day time to avoid disturbing in early morning.

The place is right on ecr about a km from beach. The property is very good and clean, the pool the lawn the facilities are excellent. But thr service is so slow you can order from a food app and get it faster. The staff are very nice but at the same time very dull and thr food qualory is just abouy ok. Suggedt book this but dont order food within.

Overall it was a good experience. However initially there is a delay in finding the room. When we asked for a better room, they arranged a uncleaned room, where there was a complete cigratte smell. Because of that we got angry and went to the initial room. Also, during the dinner the ordered food is getting delayed than normal time.

Nice place to stay, room is neat and clean bed spreads is not clean very well but it's ok. Dinner only non veg available in the restaurant no south indian foods for dinner. Morning breakfast is ok. Property's location is very near to vgp golden beach just walkable distance. After all good for families.

Resort has good outdoor and service however, room and washroom can be rated as average. Also, no lift, may be inconvenient for senior citizens.

Very heat and tasty foods and room services. Swimming pool maintain very well lots enjoyed family and friends

It was very safe and hygiene the room was nee t and clean and maintained neatly

I am really appreciate this is great resort and breakfast was wonderful and really safe for couples
