MGM Mark Whitefield

Check in was seamless. I had booked grandeur suite, and the room was spacious. Neighborhood is absolutely quiet which was just what i needed. Room was tidy and everything was clean. Staff were extremely polite. There wasn't any delay with housekeeping or room service. Bathtub is a massive plus in grandeur suite in terms of amenities. The only drawback is, options in food was limited. However no complaints with how food tasted. It would be better if there's a smoking zone in the premises. All in all it's an amazing place for a stay away from city's noise and hustle.

Had a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean. Good ambiance. But housekeeping was not good. Despite repeated phone on housekeeping many times. No one was picking phone. We demanded for water at 10 pm. But nobody provided. Moreover when we ordered food at room. Waiter did not provided needed utensils and water even on 2 times reminder. We managed some how. But overall experience was good. One more thing. There is no nearby market place and facility for public transport is also not in vicinity.

A good stay, friendly staff and good food. The manager upgraded my room without any extra charges. The room had a tv, ac, dining chairs, a wardrobe, dressing table, electric kettle along with a clean bed. The bathroom was well equipped with a hair dryer, trimmer, soap, shampoo, shower gel, moisturising lotion etc. Clean rooms and decent stay. I would surely recommend this MGM Mark Whitefield to anyone who prefers a quiet comfortable stay.

Good: -MGM is located in a very peaceful and green zone. -Hotel room was very clean and cozi with soothing ambience. -MGM is couple friendly and no questions will be asked on relationship. -Dining area is huge with good food options. - Hotel staffs are very polite and friendly. - Folks in dining area are also very polite and friendly. Improvement: - Some scope of improvement in room service. It is gets a bit delayed.

Great location in Whitefield. Room is well laid out with a comfortable bed and clean linen. All toiletries are provided. Hot water through the day. Good air conditioning. It was an amazing experience to get a mail clearly mentioning that I was missing my kada and that it was in their lost and found. Brilliant service, good rooms and the honesty abound made it one of the best experience I have had so far. Definitely go for this one if you can. Did I mention the great price :)

Overall stay was good but I booked for two delta and two children so we were in need of one extra bed but was told it's chargeable. But MGM Mark Whitefield gave blanket and bed sheets extra to make it up. Staffs are friendly and morning breakfast if cereals and eggs were good but South indian items are ok.

Had a pleasant stay at mgm! the rooms are nice and clean! the staff is very supportive! i requested for jain food and they made sure that i get different items everyday for breakfast!

We were asked to follow a lot of procedures but, the staff did not seem to be following any procedures. They didn’t even wear mask properly.

The reception staff were very polite and ensured that we had a smooth checkin process at the MGM Mark Whitefield. Additionally they were really quick to acknowledge our request for extra bedding in the room and also helped us to switch to a more comfortable room as we needed.

Food was good. Need more Jain variety. Keep veg and non veg counters separate.
