MGM Velankanni Residency

Room is very small and no ventilation. No buffet breakfast and we need to call them for dental kit, hot water etc but service is prompt.

The property is well maintained one. Restaurant service and food quality is good. EV charging point also available in car park area.

Good Clean Hotel. Excellent Service. Tasty food at restaurant. Short drive to Church. Conveniently located. Ample parking.

need to improve house keeping. they charge a bomb for the double bedded accomodation they provide. but what ever they provided is decent enough.

Just 1.5 km from the church complex, it's a good walk in non traffic hours. Easily available auto's take 100 -150 rupees. the restaurant and staff are just wonderful. we had a very comfortable stay and will surely recommend this hotel to our friends visiting Velankanni.

The price of the room was very high compared to the service provided. The hotel staff were too insensitive and rude. Everything was about money. It was not very hygienic. My son got allergies after being in the swimming pool and was injured as the swimming pool tile was all broken.

Was not happy with the stay. The hotel categorises itself as a 4 star but it does not meet 4 star standard. The room we got was on ground floor. The rooms do not have auto lock, it's knob and manual lock. The washroom was leaking and smelly and not cleaned properly. Overall not a pleasant stay.

it's bit far away from the church. You should have a your own means to commute. Food is good but very expensive. Chapati one plate 100. Deluxe room not spacious for a family Too many house flies in the restaurant.

The lift was not working. Got struck in the lift twice . And the support staff was very much irresponsible.

The property is huge and has ample parking. The rooms are renovated and very clean. Food is good but quite expensive. They charge more for botted mineral water hence it is best to buy from outside shops. We got two kinley bottles for Rs101. However the staff was good and the place was well kept. This is our second stay at MGM.

The property breakfast was good and had good service. But room had fan and air conditioning issues. We have to wait for some time to change the room even then AC was not powerful.
