It was a great experience the stay was very much comfortable and everything was very neat and clean which is a great thing according to the price of the room and the view from the homestay was magnificent we will surely stay in the same homestay whenever we visit masoorie in the near future

It was very bad experience, they didn't provide us the room we booked. The room felt like an outhouse. Also there was no reception service available

We were two families, we reached early @ 6:30 in the morning. They accommodated us without any hassle subject to availability of rooms. Homely, neat and clean food and nominal rate as per mussoorie and that too in weekend. Parking not available but they assisted to park car at right place. Rooms heritage style but renovated up to mark. Nominal rooms charges, early birds get at very economical rates. Very prime location

I have a kid, so not need to walk, there is far from main road where is stay this property, the place where i stayed was very down steep. So its hard

This was an old property with less amenities. Even madam gudiya sharma was a nice person and took care of your every need and tried to resolve every issue. But needed to improve property. Like they don't provide sleepers. Room number 103 has a water heater problem and madam takes immediate action and resolves it. The hotel cook was an arrogant person. The refuse for tea at 21/hrs and said ye chi ka time nai ha. If you want dinner at hotel i suggest get it from outside because hotel took 4hrs to prepare it. 7bje order doge toh 11bje milega.

First day we did not get room in this hotel, owner sent us at other hotel, next day again called in her hotel, so worst condition we faced, two times we pack and unpack, so much inconvenience we faced with small kids

Location was good, food was excellent and sevices were good. Its realy like home, good hospitality.

We chose the property due to its proximity to the mall road. While the rooms are nice and well made we had a terrible experience right from the first night itself when a mouse entered the room. Staff and owner made many efforts to shoo the tiny rat. Next morning we were greeted by a flooded room which was apparently due to heavy hail stone shower at night. Again things had to be swept and cleaned etc. Luckily we had kept our luggage n shoes on a platform that saved it from drenching. Apart from that hot water stopped mid bath etc etc. We believe micasa has great potential to be a really good homestay but it does need great efforts on the managements part to reach there.

I will give a pros n cons 1. Rooms pro simple rooms cons no windows in the rooms makes ot clausymtophic n smelly specially when it rained. 2. Hygiene washrooms can b better cleaned, there was issue slighty for warm water which owner fixed immediately. 3. Food staff cooks good homely food reasonable cost 4. Ambience quite ambience 5. Surrounding place is inside walk down the hill. 6. Health n safety rats in the room so i changed my room to sleep at night. Noisy refrigarator outside impacts safety. Insects n some reptlies lizard like seen which is scary. Place can b more light specially at night itstoo dark. Dogs on the way to rooms keep barking. I have rated my experience low due to last point

Owner’s property was awesome and it’s close to mall road. Received a well behaved staff and clean rooms too.

Nice experience to stay there. Only thing is you need to walk about 400 metres down from the meal road

Stayed here for the third time. As the name says - "my home is your home" it really felt that way. The owner was highly cooperative. They even arranged for bonfire.

Truly lived as it's name Mi casa -su case my home your home. kamini ji owner and her staff made you feel at home they came picked from main road,dropped as well at checkout, fulfilled all requests ..served hot beverages and food on demand, kids were very happy, they loved the company of Doodle and Shiro,dogs, duplex rooms were clean and big as shown , loved corridor with mini library & lovely pics ,extended open terrace was bliss to sit and enjoy outer scenery ,I personally loved the garden variety of plants esp succulents, she helped arranged cab for local sightseeing , young driver abhi was very patient ,helpful, had a great ride with him, overall a memorable experience asking to come back,thank you Kamini ji it's lovely connecting with you 🙏🤗🥳😊
