Midtown Grand

Was at a good location having large rooms in so far as the City of Hisar is concerned. But the ACs were not working properly and also the water supply was hot during this hot weather. Though the staff attended the complaints promptly but could do nothing abt it ... Becoz Midtown Grand is still not fully functional .. Also the mall in front of this Midtown Grand is also not open yet and therefore you can't move out anywhere. Room service was prompt and good .. Reception also had good and decent staff ...

The food quality is superb! quantity is more than sufficient for a person rather 2 people can share one dish. Service is fast. They have a huge restaurant, it is well maintained. The rooms are big, clean and well lit. Opposite to Midtown Grand there are good eateries like subway, mcdonald's and their own bakery which serves excellent pastries and other bakery items.

The Midtown Grand was decent, a good place to stay in hisar while there are not many Midtown Grands to stay at in hisar, this is probably one of the good ones, one thing I didn't like about the Midtown Grand was that there was some foul smell in the lobby other than that it was a good stay and the meal they gave as breakfast was very less in quantity.

Hotel's location is good. Probably the best in Hisar. But it needs renovation. And basic things like dental kit, hair dryer were missing. Rooms are now getting older. Hotel don't have a restaurant yet. And biggest problem is they serve only veg food. Roomz AC blower was very noisy and irritating. But good services made my stay comfortable.

Pleasantly surprised to find this Midtown Grand in Hisar. Good location, has a mall next door, offers good food and even though the menu is vegetarian, the staff is courteous enough to arrange for you, a selection of non vegetarian meals as well. Stay here for a Midtown Grand that offers neat rooms, probably the largest in the city ..

Hotel staff attended well with charming faces and service is very fast. Rooms are nice and one can visit this Midtown Grand for business tour as welll as family tour. View of Midtown Grand is also very good and one can roam nearby to enjoy the location of the Midtown Grand and shopping also.

It is a very good Midtown Grand, in the middle of the city and very near to JSL plant, which was my destination. So I stayed there overnight and overall the service as well as the quality of room is good. I will recommend for short stay. The breakfast has limited option and taste wise OK.

I liked the stay. Room size okay but there was some smell like Humidity, may be because of rainy season. Very good & big green grass lawn to walk in the morning. Food quality was very good. Welcome at reception is nice. Other staff was also cooperative. Over all it was good experience.

This Midtown Grand is a proof that stars does not matter. Even though it is a low starred Midtown Grand, its facilities were at par with 4 star Midtown Grands. Room were clean and comfortable and all amenities were adequate.
Everything was perfect and up to the mark.

It's nice location, food quality is good, service is good. But morning breakfast option is very limited which is complementary with room, overall it's value for money and location and staff are very good . It's a pleasant stay overall

Hotel infrastructure was good but Midtown Grand staff needs to be trained. Ac was not working. On asking to check ac instead heater was turned on. Hotel staff didn't had any hand towels.

Value for money, nice breakfast, well mannered staff.

Awesome Experience. The stay was comfortable and the approach we as convenient. It being in the heart of the city it caters to all requirements. The Hotel hospitality was good and the staff was courteous which made the stay even more momerable. Overall I enjoyed the stay

I am satisfied with the Midtown Grand. This stay was for my business purpose so I am satisfied for that. I will again surely stay with my family and suggest this Midtown Grand to my friends as well. The location of the Midtown Grand was good and it's nearby my workplace.

It is a very good property and best Midtown Grand in Hisar. Situated in City area near to mall.
