It wasn’t a pleasant stay, I must say. No housekeepers were in attendance and the bathroom was unpleasant all the time since checked in. Not recommended, not worth it.

Highly recommended! Staff is so sweet and cooperative! The coastal cabin is like a classical house boat adjacent to the beach...is quite peaceful.

Nice place to stay and good setup on the beach. Reasonable price quality place. Had a good weekend. Property is located on the beach; one should be there if they want to enjoy North Goa and it is near Tito's Lane.

Hotel was really nice and the location was super. Those who want to live and enjoy near the beach can look forward to booking this hotel. The only problem was there was some unpleasant smell in the bathroom in the room I stayed. Otherwise, the food is good and breakfast is good.

Ultimate stay here with family. Excellent cottage really appreciate the cleaning, neat cottages with light wall colour which is very friendly with kids and feel very positive vibes, the beach is too close to the cottage whenever you want to walk on the beach you can go and enjoy the beach easily every time. I'm staying here with my wife and infant kid. Very comfortable stay here, the kitchen is operational between 4pm to 4am. Staff behaviour is also very friendly. Good staff. Best option for those who travel with kids because cottage location is excellent easy to go to beaches and Tito's lane also, for kids there is garden and activities.

Really Good, Clean, neat and cozy stay. it's a beach side property & in the Tito's lane. Staff is really attentive and polite. food is decent

The resort is not properly maintained. It does not look the way it is in images. There was no proper room service. Food is average. Breakfast also not that good. Very limited options. Retraurant starts at 4pm.

Property location is near to the Arabian Sea with easy access to it. The room is a small cottage but well maintained. Facilities at the property is good.

Nice location and good behaviour of staff. The resort has its own chair and sofa near beach which gives nice chilling time in morning and night time also.

Service is very poor. Only location is good. If you want to stay on baga beach. this is good. But don't expect good services. Only you will get a room to stay.

Property was nice neat and clean baga Beach was literally 100 mtr away actually you can directly go from the property itself staff were nice just breakfast i didn't like at all
