Mikas - 2BHK Apartment

Nice place, but the road to the property is very arrow and broken. Great view from the balconies. Room could have been aired out before being handed over as strong smell of dew was present in the room. Used the room only to freshen up and all amenities were present as expected. Small and cozy place. Has ample parking space. Didn't get yk meet the caretaker, but had provided us instruction to access the room via call. Kitchen had some basic utensils along with a stove. Fridge was present ( not sure if functioning as we did not use it. Hot water too was present in both bathrooms, provided via a heater. Mattress linen also was neat and clean

Very nice stay with a beautiful view. Small hall with sofa and dining table adds more value. Kitchen is really a good facility for those travel-ling with kids or prefer to cook on their own. This will be comfortable for two family who hire both the rooms so that they shall use this facilities independently the inner road that leads to mikes from main road is bit challenging, narrow, steep and very rough. No in-house restaurant, vagamon market is the only option for food. Meadows is nearby the Mikas - 2BHK Apartment will take just 5 to 7 mins to reach. Spacious place and balcony is one amazing advantage for everyone to enjoy!

We were very impressed by the stay since it was a personal space with family staying at home feeling. The host was helpful and facilitated our requirement. I can recommend this place. Make sure tea and food need to go on main road. My suggestion in kitchen basic utensils can be provided to make tea and coffee at morning hours

We had a very good experience in the villa. Very well maintained villa. Staffs were soo kind. Hot water facility available here. We booked a delux room for our family. We enjoyed a lot as it's having clean kitchen. We got a good privacy here. Villa having barbecue setup and we extremely satisfied with the stay

We were two families including 4 children. Two balconies linked two rooms was so funny with that long tea estate view was amazing. We enjoyed that early morning breeze well. Kitchen with fridge gas stove and living with dining, sofa all in this very reasonable price. Thanks to koodaram team and care taker.

Location view is good. But found many insects. Pest control must be installed. Accessible to nearby restaurants. Care taker is there for good support. Overall good experience for a great balcony view.

The stay was awesome as we got a separate apartment with two rooms with car parking. The caretaker guy is friendly and supportive. You can go for it.
