It's located in ketti which is near ooty, everything was fine except two things one they do not provided the room service which means by any chance of you need to get food in the house like in the room you cannot just order it you have to go take it up from the restaurant and then you can have it in the room it is fine but again when you are not well which happened with me i wasn't well and i request you all get the food and then after a lot of request of the food in the room also the second thing which i didn't like was about the mini bar or the mini refrigerator not provide you any food items they do not allow you to have food in the room that's why they do not put any.

Loved the location & view from the property. The rooms itself are very spacious with all the automated functions, with gallery which offers a mesmerizing view. Staff is very friendly, polite & well trained. One downside or an improvement area is that there is no in room dining available, breakfast is not included in the package, also food is pretty expensive here. (eg. 2 boiled eggs for 150 rs. Since restaurant is at the top of the hill, there are no other options easily available nearby. If they can improve on providing food with reasonable rates & in room dining service, this MindEscapes Club is inbeatable. Overall pleasing experience.

Our stay at mind-escape was fantastic. We spent the new year holidays here. The resort is situated in a serene location on top of a hill, 30 minutes outside the hustle of ooty city. Modern and contemporary facility with breathtaking and unobstructed view from every room. Rooms are spacious and smart home enabled. Most importantly the staff is quite pleasing and welcoming. The restaurant seems to be popular among affluent tourists as it offers high quality european cuisine though a bit expensive. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is seeking a time-off from their everyday hustle of the city life. Money well spent.

Stay was fantastic 😊 view from room was mesmerizing room ahe very clean and big with new technology and interior is italic style . food is but expensive. But over all stay was refreshing.. it's 8km from Ooty . So cabs charge bit more price but if you really like peace and want to see real beauty from your Balcony visit this place Starters over here are very tasty. over all good experience. They did charge for one year old baby's khichadi. Generally, other places we visited they don't charge. Here they can improve. over all great experience do visit this place.

This is one of the beautiful room i ever stayed. Very big room with two clear sections - one area is having a sofa and tea making arrangement and the other one with a king size bed, tv, alexa, a desk etc. Room is very spacious. The balcony attached to the room is spacious with a valley view. There are continental and north india restaurant in the setup. Food served in the continental restaurant is very tasty - 5/5. Mr prabhu and mr siddharth took care of our needs. Only area i felt missing in the property is the play area for kids.

Rooms are very clean and all functions are automatic with lovely mountain view and restaurant food also very tasty can find different varieties of food . Reception is not there but you can find someone to assist you there to room for us Siddharth has explained and guided with everything.

The stay was good, the rooms are spacious with beautiful view. The concept of smart rooms is great and makes the stay more comfortable. The only area they should improve a little bit is the quality of the food served in restaurant. It was quite pricey and the taste was not that good.

The place is good. The staff is good. But a top manager or the relationship is missing from top of the line. At present the bottom line is in total control and kudos to these guys. First time i am seeing young boys down the line managing it. Inf-act, it is a pleasant surprise
