Minerva Grand - Tirupati

This was our second stay in minerva grand tirupati. It was a pilgrimage trip. Minerva grand is centrally located. It is a clean, and well-maintained Minerva Grand - Tirupati with plenty of staff to support guests' needs. The vegetarian restaurant serves very tasty food. Thankfully and thoughtfully, they have kept the bar and the non-veg restaurant completely separated from the veg restaurant. Rooms were very clean. Overall, it is a family friendly Minerva Grand - Tirupati. On the day we checked out, we went to tirumala for darshan. When we came back to pick up our car to return back to our home town, we wanted them to provide us a changing room so that we can change our clothing. They did allow us to use the toilet designed for the differently-abled which is slightly bigger. But we preferred a proper changing room which they denied outright, even after repeated request. In a pilgrim city like thirupati there will always be a need for guests to change clothing even after they have checked out of their rooms, since the darshan timings are not under our control. This is something the Minerva Grand - Tirupatis in thirupati must consider.

Excellent location, tasty food, cafeteria staff are very cooperative. Only one small issue, i am not happy with one telephone operator. My wife got injury and i wanted some first aid medicines, bandage and ointment. I called reception. The guy who lifted phone told that there would be charges if they send a room boy to being medicines. I am surprised. If they want they can charge for medical service. But, not demanding about charges before sending their room boy, in emergency also. After my little shouting, they sent a boy to get medicines to me. I travel-led about 36 countries in my last 30 years as nri, but never had this type of experience about asking service charges before service for medical emergency. I think this Minerva Grand - Tirupati management should take necessary steps, to stop this type of money mindedness.

The location is good. The food is good, but the blue fox needs a menu revamp as the chinese menu is too short. The housekeeping staff need a big kudos as they are good at what they do and keep the room spotless. Minerva grand has every possibility to be a 5 star Minerva Grand - Tirupati, but the management needs to take care of little things as below: 1. The mirror in the bathroom is old and filled with spots 2. The hot kettle doesn't work (have to hold the buttton to get the work done) 3. The carpets in the hallway are crumpled, and you need to watch your steps always. The reception team is obedient and helpful. I requested two extensions and was done without a word. In whole, i would give a 5 star rating and would love to visit and stay at mg again

We stayed at minerva grand tirupati for 3 nights which is located conveniently next to the main bus stand. The rooms are pretty ok but they need to update the furnishing as they look pretty old. The complementary breakfast is very good with a vast spread of dishes. Their cafe serves very nice food where we had our dinner every night. Staff at the cafe are very courteous and attentive. Some improvements i would suggest is to have some face towels in the bathroom as they only keep the bath towels. Some of the front reception staff doesn’t seem welcoming specially when we were checking in which was a bit disappointing. Hope they can improve the staff behaviour in the front office reception.

We booked minerva grand for a day's stay during our visit to tirumala, and were extremely happy with the accomodation. The rooms are excellent and well maintained despite this being an old Minerva Grand - Tirupati. The minerva coffee shop provides great food and the location of the Minerva Grand - Tirupati is also very convenient. Just make sure you dont get on the srinivas setu flyover since there is no exit to get to this Minerva Grand - Tirupati. Also, the ala carte options are much better than the buffet, so might be better to take stay without complimentary breakfast.

Beautiful premises situated on prime location. Hotel staff was too courteous and prompt enough to serve you even after stay support like safe keeping of baggage for few hours. Great quality of food and variety of cuisine available for different type of travellers. Superlative room quality. Must be the primary option if you are travelling to Tirupati. State bus stop and private bus stop close by those who wish to travel by road. I will surely give it a first choice when travel back with family.

I loved the place, food is very good and its value for money. But housekeeping is not upto mark. We went out in morning at 7. 45 and came back at 3. 30 tired to see that room wasn’t cleaned. Complained and they did it immediately but it put me off. So better to ask them to clean it while going out. Room is spacious, clean and provide with toilet kits and tea maker, but no iron or hair dryer. Overall i think good enough at this rate

Location is good just next to main road below the flyover. Cleanliness was good and service was also good. Since space is crunch in prime locations, windows don’t have view

As minerva is located in prime location. We can reach easily from railway and bus stations. The ambience and the service was excellent. The rooms were neat and maintained. Cleaning the room when ever it was required. Food was good in both quality and taste. Special thanks to kuheli who took extra care in serving us the best to the core during our stay.

Location is very prompt to go and visit other places food and amenities are fantastic it would be more efficient if tried to hold rooms for early check in for the people who arrive early hours before 5:30

Found the property on make my trip. Great Minerva Grand - Tirupati. Minerva coffee shop is on the premises offering great food. We had breakfast included as complementary and it was really good with a lots of items to choose. Would definitely recommend.
