It was a great stay. The reception staff was very good. Ms Preeti - the receptionist is warm and welcoming and is suave in dealing with guests

The location is one of the worst ever the alleyways are really small and dirty and there are creepy people all around even the owner was drunk and was not talking properly

The location is not the best, but the hotel is good and safe. Very clean and very well maintained. Nice waffles.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short business trip and found it to be generally fine, with a few ups and downs. Check-in & Service: Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were polite, though not particularly warm or engaging. Service overall was adequate — not exceptional, but they handled basic requests efficiently (extra towels, wake-up call, etc.). Room: The room was clean but fairly basic. The bed was comfortable enough, and the AC worked well, which was appreciated. However, the decor felt dated, and the lighting was a bit dim. Wi-Fi was included and worked decently for emails and browsing, but not strong enough for streaming or video calls.

very great place to stay in the heart of hauz khas village cozy rooms with great hospitality. greeted by preeti and staff which is very fine in serving guests best part is at the roof where you can have personal space also cafe fika is having good options of quick bites

very good place value for money the location is slightly interior so you may not always get a cab at doorstep. you may have to walk around 200m

Great experience, the manager , the staff all where very supportive , we paid 3000 and got a complementary upgrade to a suite room for free , the breakfast items needs to be improved little bit , otherwise the hotel is a must stay for anyone !

they don't have any parking and they didn't even mention anywhere we were having loads of luggage with a small kid couldn't check in but they didn't even refund us back.

The amenities inside the hotel are good but very basic hostel like facilities. Classy though! Locality was a bit shady at night. Right next to haus khaus village so that’s there. All in all decent experience

The location of the property is really good. It's like staying in the heart of Hauz Khas. Everything is nearby and there's a really nice cafe at the property as well. This was my second time staying at this property and it's always a really good experience. Also, woke up listening to the sound of peacocks. It's like staying in the middle of nature.

Hauz Khas Village is a very bad location to stay. It’s not safe

This time let’s bunk Poshtel was little disappointing but services were good but unfortunately this time their product was not working properly, e.g. Wi-Fi was weak, tv remote was not working properly and most importantly the bed , it was very risky to sleep on it and could have been worse if we were sleeping on it. The entire night we were in pain and in struggle with our bodies to fit and sleep on the couch.
