Terrible Stay

Very bad hospitality. They couldn’t even arrange drinking water. I requested a masala tea, and it was served after almost an hour despite several reminders. Because of such poor service and condition of this property,

Very good staff. I checked in early in the morning and they allowed me to stay till 1 pm without any issue. They didn’t even call me to check out. The staff is extremely nice — they truly deserve more than a 5-star rating

Terrible Stay

The pictures make it look like a boutique property — but the reality is completely opposite. The moment you arrive, you realize how shockingly disappointing it is. The rooms are unclean, poorly maintained, and downright shabby. Paint is peeling off the walls, the furniture looks worn out, and the bed is of such terrible quality that I woke up with a backache. There is absolutely nothing “boutique” about this place — in fact, even a basic 2-star hotel would easily be better. Overall, this place is rubbish, mismanaged, and nowhere close to what the photos promise.

I just loved the place. The room was very beautiful fully equipped with modern devices and designs. The best part was the balcony from where I can see peacocks very nearby. While booking, it showed complimentary welcome drinks which were not served, this is the only thing I found unsatisfactory rest all was excellent.

Very average place. Balconies were not cleaned (seemed like they were not cleaned for a month, so I guess it was pretty usual there). The only good thing was that the staff was good.

Excellent room. Courteous staff. You will be greeted by peacocks in your balcony every morning (literally). Only negative is cabs do not reach till the hotel. They are stopped atvthe barricade of Hauz Khas village after 11am. Only auto allowed that too sometimes. But the walk to the hotel through the village is lined up by shops (if you prefer window shopping). Did not try the food so cannot comment.

Very bad Service, all the taps, jet and shower needs a repair in the washroom. Even geyser was not working. No hot water. Overall a terrible place to stay.

Bad experience. service was terrible. In three days nobody came to clean the room, nobody came to change bed sheet or towels. Also after call no result. Some of personnel very rude and unprofessional.

First of all the property is not as its shows in the picture and images uploaded, second the property is very inside in a narrow lane, difficult for auto or taxi to enter, need to walk around 200-300 meter with the luggage. The rooms are not comfortable, I didn't have any proper sleep in these two days, the AC was not working properly, very suffocating. overall the stay wasn't pleasant

The place was such a perfect spot, the rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. The best part was, the quality of the products and the aesthetic didn’t lack behind from the rooms that cost double. The property is located right besides Deer Park and i had view of deer park from the balcony which was quite soothing, being located in delhi city. When I faced a few issues with the room allotted to me originally, I contacted the Manager, Me Naim. I experienced really good hospitality. Mr Naim was gracious enough to allot me an upgraded room, and ensured that I had a comfortable stay. The room service for food is also available till 1am and the food is pretty good!! I am certainly coming back here. Highly recommended.
