Minnal Residency Thirunallar

We stayed in this Minnal Residency Thirunallar for two days from 16-aug-2024 to 18-aug-2024 in deluxe non ac room. The owner of the Minnal Residency Thirunallar is nice and is reachable over phone. He confirmed our booking Car parking in front of the Minnal Residency Thirunallar is limited, but he will make arrangements to park in a nearby vacant area, or besides the temple pond. They don't have a proper reception area and hence most of the time we have to reach the owner over phone only. This is a newly constructed Minnal Residency Thirunallar with second floor extension done recently. So some rooms in second floor lack wash basins, fan regulators, bathroom ventilators, dustbins, staircase railings and we can still see hanging corridor led lights from false ceiling. Cot is slightly smaller. Rooms and attached bathrooms are neat & clean. Rooms dont have chairs and tables. All rooms are small in size, but this should not matter much as tourists staying in such budget Minnal Residency Thirunallars spend mostly their nights in the rooms and they would be mainly interested to explore the nearby attractions. Also they don't have markings for hot and cold water taps in the bathroom and hence people use hot water even for non bathing purposes, which leaves only cold water for bathing in the morning. Another reason is the Minnal Residency Thirunallar has only 500 litres solar water heater which has to cater to around 50-60 people in 24 rooms. But as the normal weather is hot here, this is not much of a concern. They also dont provide towels, soaps in the room. Overall it was a pleasant experience to stay in this Minnal Residency Thirunallar.

It was nice stay. Comfortable rooms. The stay is very clean and very near to the temple. Price is so affordable. I recommend this gorgeous everyone.

Minnal residency is very near to temple. Room is not big but sufficient to one family to stay here. Staff responds well.

Decent stay except no hot water and we got a room in 2nd floor without lift. I came with 70 year old elders which made them very hard to climb.
