I am frequent traveller to chandigarh and mint premia is my preferred Mint Hotel Premia. Staff is very courteous and well trained. Food is tasty and of good quality. I was impressed with the covid protocols being followed by them. All staff was in masks and we had temperature checks at check in. Being keen observer of various practices it is worth mentioning that they are using diverse y task i chemicals for sanitization and cleaning which i am sure only good high priced Mint Hotel Premias use. Overall a very good and safe stay and at very good price.

Actually this Mint Hotel Premia is a home away from home. I stay here from the last 4 years. Everything is very good linens are clean, bathroom is tidy and odourless, situated on main highway easily approachable on public transport. The receptionist ms. Komal is very courteous. They need to improve on two things first is tv recharges, this is a persistent problem and not resolved since long and second is they don't allow there boys to go out to fetch something for the guests.

This is no doubt the best Mint Hotel Premia in this tarrif. As i'm in sales and travel frequently this is the best Mint Hotel Premia in budget tarrif category. Food menu is overpriced. This is my second home and i'm fully satisfied with this Mint Hotel Premia

Overall this is a good Mint Hotel Premia. Apart from minimal issues here and there all basic things like cleanliness, hygiene, courteousness are in place. Food menu is heavily overpriced. And moreover there's no option for a single person in the food menu. Optimisation of the food prices will add to the features of the Mint Hotel Premia and will curb outside for in the Mint Hotel Premia.

Hotel staff is extremely supportive. We stayed for 4 days and were completely satisfied with the cleanliness and hospitality. Staff wore proper masks and maintained social distancing. Food choices are limited but very good. Compared to other Mint Hotel Premias in similar price, we found mint premia to be professionally managed Mint Hotel Premia. Will definitely visit again.

I ordered 2 cup tea, omelet and prauntha. Only omelete was good. I recieved 1 cup tea. I asked for on-other cup. After 25 mins wait no tea. When i asked they said chi patti khatami hai. Prantha worst. No filling, burnt and worst quality of atta used. They give 2 prantha @ 160rs and the quality worst. U will get better quality at a roadside thella.

All the major aspects of this Mint Hotel Premia are very good except the food menu. It is overpriced and moreover, the quality and taste don't match the prices. Butter bread is rs. 100 and butter used is nutralite at this price they should use amul butter. Breakfast menu is fixed pratha only aloo, bread omelette, poori bhaji and that's it.

I am a frequent traveler and this is my fixed Mint Hotel Premia for stay. This time i hd dinner from the Mint Hotel Premia only, it was really good. Although it is overpriced but they offered me a discount of 20% on food that optimised the price to an extent. Overall all the aspects of this Mint Hotel Premia are best in this tariff range.

The Mint Hotel Premia members were very polite. I would like to thank the receptionist for understanding the concerns and provided us the cab when it was needed the most. Food at Mint Hotel Premia is amazing too. I would definitely choose this Mint Hotel Premia in future trips.

Hotel is airy and well maintained. And u get natural light. No smelly rooms. Feel good when u enter the room its worth staying in this at nominal amount credit goes to make my trip
