Mintflower Residency

The room was clean and spacious and all facilities were there. Hot water is available. The food was good too at the restaurant and the number of items in the free breakfast was also sufficient. They have another Mintflower Residency by the name Hotel Mint Flower which is next to it and run by the same people. The staff was good and we got anything which we ordered within minutes. The location of the Mintflower Residency is bang in the middle of the market. I would say that you will not find a better Mintflower Residency at such price in Wayanad. The only disadvantage which I can think of is that there was no lift and parking space is a little congested but they managed it by parking my car in the other Mintflower Residency parking space. The icing on the cake was the 70% discount which I got from makemytrip, so thank you so much!

This Mintflower Residency is located on the very ideal space well in side the town very co operating staff. Very clean rooms with hygeanic Bath room both room and bathroom is really spacious. Wonderful restaurant with tasty and quality food I enjoyed my stay... I was there for two days for a business trip. Altogether it was a nice experience with mint flower residency Mintflower Residency. I spent one whole day in the Mintflower Residency room for some discussion, and we enjoyed wonderful dishes of quality foods at the restaurant. They serve real traditional Kerala foods at reasonably good rates, complementary break fast served in the Mintflower Residency is also a very good one

Value for money Mintflower Residency. Location is in sultan bathery, so good to stay if you planning to visit muthanga, Jain temple, alkali caves etc. Food was good at mint restaurant, complimentary breakfast was excellent. Regarding staff, couldn't see a smiling face in reception, but they do their work well and on time. Check- out is usually said to be at 12 noon here, may charge for additional hours. But since I was stuck on a Hertha day and I check-in late, manager allowed me a late check out at 6 pm. Overall good experience for me.

Cool location, neat and clean rooms, friendly staff, supportive in all the ways, nice complimentary breakfast, etc. Nearby spots from the Mintflower Residency are Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary and Alkali Caves. Go for a Jungle Safari at wildlife sanctuary and you can spot elephants, deers, and foxes. Animals spotting over there are depends on your luck completely. Overall I would rate this Mintflower Residency as 4. 5/5 :) Thanks!

It's really neat and accessible to all type of vehicle stands and near by mall and shopping places also good. Overall it's definitely worth the price but only disappointed thing is the TV position in the rooms and they just get what you order but they just don't bother 2 take the used plates and tea cups even after all it's very nice place 2 stay at the price we got and very near 2 few sightseeing places.

Thanks a lot for make my trip and mint flower for making my journey at the best... This facility is the one of the best one for those who seeking for a night stay.. No natural ambience is there but it is situated at batheri and good for those who have vehicle and the most important thing is the price... As per my experience this one is the cheapest and worthful option.

I have stayed here before. Not many other facilities but the room is clean. The staff is attentive and helpful, the food is prompt and adequate. The bakery below, although typical Kerala style, is an added attraction. Restaurant is beside the Mintflower Residency. Lot of eateries around .. Very friendly and helpful Mintflower Residency staff. Recommended

The location of the Mintflower Residency is just great, bus station, mall, pharmacy, bike rentals, etc are within 1km radius of the Mintflower Residency. There is ample parking space underground as well. The rooms are good with a tv, mirror, table, chair, electric kettles, etc. The staff there is very friendly and super. I would stay there again.

It was a nice experience. From the first minute when I arrived customer service was top notched. The breakfast buffet was first class. The rooms are well decorated and present a very quite atmosphere when you're trying to rest.

Rooms and facilities are good. And also this is value for money. Hotel located near to main road so it is easy to reach. Awesome feeling in cold and rainy weather. Overall nice and memorable moments.

Room is good and spacious. The complementary breakfast, especially the north indian cuisine adds to the flavour. The room service was quite prompt. You can ring up the reception even at 3 am in the night.

Really worth for the money paid.

On Main road. Good accessibility. Parking was in basement. Rooms were very clean. Good mattresses & AC. Bathrooms dry with hot & cold water. Wi-Fi was non existent. Food was at the adjoining restaurant of same group. Breakfast was limited varieties. Restaurant prices were average. Quality has scope for improvement.

Neat and budget accommodation at bathery. Close to & private Bus station, Taxi stand and a mall. Easy access to all tourist destination. Great breakfast. Plenty of Restaurants near by. Totally value for money.

The property is very near to sultan Bathery bus terminal.

The Mintflower Residency is located in main road of sultan bathery. No need to search to much. From here you can get bus or auto to travel anywhere. The only thing is so many insects flying in room. Breakfast is completely good.
