Breakfast is good..Limited options.Food is tasty. It's a service apartment , 1 BHK Rooms are ok, Bed sheets looks old and used. Bathroom door was jammed and found very difficult to open. A renovation is needed for the rooms.

its not a full time hotel, no kitchen the breakfast state only by 8.30 , as they have to arrange it from outside, so if checking out early opt for no breakfast rooms are good, with good toiletries basic though dental and shaving kit can get on demand best think, the entire rooms are sound proof for an excellent sleep, good hot water 24 x 7 reception fellows are very nice , can improve in the knowledge of hotel management breakfast is basic. idili, bread and butter. puri and Chennai , reach by 9 am or there will be gone, as there is no refill best thing they give 12 Amp plug point for EV charging valve for money 10p%

It was convenient and peaceful and staffs are very polite gesture and the views from this hotel is very scenic

My stay at Mirage Hotel was overall good, but I faced a few issues. It was not mentioned on MakeMyTrip that the booked room was non-AC. After paying a high price, I expected an AC room, but had to pay extra to upgrade. The breakfast was just okay. The changing room near the swimming pool was not clean and there was no water in the bathroom. Also, there were many cockroaches inside the room, which was disappointing.

Luxury stay and nice room. Staff also good behavior overall a very good experience. Room is very hygiene and have balcony view also. Rooftop pool available and one pool outdoor also available. I enjoyed my stay

All good from hotel side but need few improvements required in serving breakfast they are too slow and rest all good

It’s not a resort as they claim .. it’s an apartment building made in to a motel setup with 2 pools ... I even had the chance of meeting some tenants who lives Thier ... which was shocking cause on google and everywhere they mentioned it as a resort ... staffs are super cool and cooperative and really lovely behaved ... not well maintained but for a day stay it’s okay ... swimming pool was the only fun part and the breakfast they served was good too ... may be cause of my expectations of a resort didn’t came through it was a bare normal experience for me

Our stay was good and we enjoyed it particularly the location as it is near to many eventful activities. Mirage has a good location, the rooms are pretty decent, room service is also good, overall it has good staff. Breakfast was below average and maintenance can be better 😞. apart from this, it's good place to stay!

Decent stay after Hectic sightseeing @ Wayanad.. Nice Location, Great Parking, Nice Rooms & Bathrooms.. Be careful to check rooms with AC or Not AC and 2BHK can easily accommodate 4 Adults but MMT aap does allow you to book more than 3 Adults. App made us book 2BHK and 1BHK for 4 Adults but 1BHK was not needed only.. However, we stayed in 1BHK by opting extra beds and cancelled 2BHK due to confusion and not AC in 2BHK.. 1BHK was perfect with Kitchen, Hall, Bathroom and 1 AC Room where we 4 managed to sleep well. Terrace is crazy views of Vyathri Zone and nice Swimming Pool.

Room was clean. In the twin room suite, one room door knob was broken and detached and water heater failed in one room. They didn’t bother to get that ready even after complaining during our two nights stay. Roof top infinity children swimming pool is out of order and garbage is dumped in it and a huge live honey comb with active honey bees were spotted on, so rushed down immediately. Billiards game under maintenance. Painting outside has to be done as it appears that it has been done a decade ago.

Stay was good. Staff is really helpful. They gave us early checkin as we reached a bit earlier. Breakfast can be a improved , very limited option. Hotel is only till 4th floor, rest is residence, so that the highest you will get. location wise , its a good place to stay.

Propertys location is good to nearby attractions. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are clean and terrace pool is also maintained well. Breakfast served is pretty standard but taste is good.
