Beach facing rooms was great to have in very reasonable price along with pool. It was going great but when we asked staff about restaurants n wine shops nearby...it was 9:30 evening n they told us that everything is closed only the bar in the Miramar Residency premises will be open till 10:45. Next day my car was not starting I ask reception for help n push my car a bit...he told me that everyone is busy with other works.

The location of the property is good. Its on the beach. The deluxe rooms are as a villa and room size is OK. Only the cleanliness they can maintain. Food quality is good and open restaurant is good for dinner.
The cleanliness is not proper in the room. The view of the room was good. They need to maintain/improve on the cleanliness and hospitality. I feel it is because of GTDC Miramar Residency.

It's a nice property very conveniently located right on the Miramar Beach a great point to view sunset at Goa. It's a traditional sprawling set up and gives a feel of home away from home rather than a posh Miramar Residency. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Food in the attached restaurant is of a decent standard. The rooms though very spacious need to be done up.

Miramar Residency is located just opposite the beach, which makes for a great location. However, the property is not well maintained and needs to raise its cleanliness standards. My room had a terrace attached but we could not use it, as it was downright dirty. However, if you want to spend much of your time out exploring Goa, Miramar Residency is a good choice.

Really lovely Miramar Residency with very supportive staff and a nice view of beach with casinos in walking distance, the only minus point is the beach right next to Miramar Residency isn't very happening, there are very few people at all times on the beach (almost none at night ) and no music, street food or water sport (dolphin rides do exist)

good. attached restaurant food specially sea food is amazing. staff are very nice on every day there is live music organised by restaurant. wine shop is in house. located at prime space and a 1 minute from beautiful miramar beach property seems old but in this price range this is amazing I will come next time also. stay was great

Stay was good, breakfast options were limited but good mostly South Indian breakfast. Room was small, I booked a ac room, TV was very small . Hotel was close to Miramar Beach and dolphin sighting point was nearby. Overall nice stay, room had 24 hr hot/cold water supply. A small fridge and cloth drying stand with balcony.

Comfortable stay. Facilities work. Nothing special. The general staff is friendly. The managing staff (both the gentleman and the lady) are the stereotypical government staff. Can easily spoil a pleasant time, so a forewarning. Do not let them spoil your day. Enjoy your time here.
