The Location of the property is peaceful and secluded, with a great view of the sea. However, it takes around 15-20 minutes to reach the main road and there are no shops nearby. The sea-facing view was breathtaking and added to the overall experience. However, the property was a bit far from the main road and required a vehicle to access shops and restaurants. Despite this, guests found it easy to reach anywhere in Goa as it was located at almost the center.

Cleanliness was a concern for some guests as the apartment was not very clean. However, the cleaning staff came once daily for cleaning the house and utensils as mentioned. The gym was not maintained well. Despite this, the supervisor was polite and professional. Overall, the property was well-designed and beautifully furnished.
