not as expected...rooms are small...stayed in standard non ac one...the room locks are filmsy at best...difficult to carry luggage through the narrow stairs...the western toilet light was not working and on google the entrance shows different...just call the phone no. given and ask for directions.

my experience is very very bad.house owner was very very rudely behaviour.bedsit was not clean.room was very conjusted . the ac was like window ac .the owners dog was very scary,room was very bad condition,iam suffering lots of problems,plz don't visit this type off guest house,plz save your money

Please do not book homestay if you want to book cheapest rate in assi better you stay in Luxury Hotels. As per maximum number of people have enjoyed the stay very bad. Pet haters should not stay in w better they book Hotels. Even our family did not like the nature and vibe of your stay. Thanks

the owner's behaviour was very rude and drinking water was chargeable. all services like cleaning, bedsheet change was done by visitors, not by support staff. There was no dustbin in the room as well as the floor. It was a very noisy environment in that home.

We would like to clarify a few things regarding your recent stay. Firstly, Bisleri or any packaged drinking water is chargeable at ₹20 per bottle, as it is everywhere. Additionally, an Aqua Pure It water filter is installed in the kitchen for guests who prefer regular filtered water , it is available for use at no extra cost. Secondly, your claim of poor service appears to be an attempt to retaliate, perhaps due to the fact that your own behavior during the stay caused discomfort to other guests. There were multiple complaints regarding loud arguments and disturbances coming from your room. As a responsible hospitality provider, we are obligated to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests. Next time please book your trip to Dharamshala where you will get everything free and as a couple you can create public scenarios as well in arguments and creating chaos with each Our staff acted professionally throughout, despite the difficult situation. We welcome constructive feedback, but false accusations and disrespectful language are not acceptable. We encourage future guests to maintain basic courtesy and decency so that everyone can have a pleasant experience.

We faced difficulty to climb the steep steps to our room and inside room as well there were steep steps to access washroom.

If you had communicated any discomfort or specific requirements during your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist including offering a room change, as we had multiple rooms available, including on the ground floor. Secondly, all property details including room types, floor levels, and facilities are clearly mentioned on platforms like MakeMyTrip and Goibibo. As this is a homestay and not a commercial hotel, certain infrastructure elements like elevators are typically not provided, especially in properties with just two or three floors. If climbing stairs is a concern, we recommend opting for hotel accommodations that cater specifically to such needs, as similar homestays across the city follow the same structure. Once again, we are always ready to assist our guests — we just request open and timely communication so we can serve you better.

Completely worth the money

Home is completely Indian classics. Home location is a really big advantage for travelers because everything (Temples, Ghats etc.) are at walkable distance from stay. Transportation frequency is also really handy at location.

The stay was clean but lacks proper attendance in services, the bathroom was attached in our case but it was too small and the tubelight in our room started hanging by the wire in our second day , we informed the manager but it wasn't fixed till our check out. There was also mosquito in our room. Overall, manageable stay for budget goers.

Bathroom Facilities: The attached bathroom provided with your room is well-suited for two guests, as per your booking. Additionally, alternative clean and functional bathrooms were available on the same floor, which could have been used if needed. 2. Mosquitoes: In most accommodations, especially in tropical cities, mosquitoes can occasionally be an issue. We have taken preventive measures by placing All-Out and similar repellents in all rooms. Guests are also advised to keep windows and doors closed to minimize entry of insects. 3. Tubelight Issue: The tubelight in question was intact before your check-in. If it was found hanging or damaged during your stay, it would have been better to inform our staff immediately. We have electricians on call and could have fixed it right away. No communication was made during your stay, which limited our ability to assist. Also, if such damage is found post-check-out, as per policy, it may be subject to additional charges. Excellent Stay

We spent 3 nights here and i must say that everything was excellent. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable and the room was clean and bright. Overall it was a great experience staying there. Excellent location, walking distance to assi ghat. I would definitely recommend others to stay there.

property is not on the roadside, but gave complete guidence to reach. Stair steps are so big😅.problem for old peoples or peoples having knee problem. No lift. No one to carry luggage at check out😂. Otherwise ok ok.
