Extremely poor experience. No light during night for 2 hrs. Has to knock doors at reception for good 45 mins before care taker came and switched on the generator. Poor management. For was ok on day one but quality deteriorated on day 2. Overall all not a well maintained property. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE

The stay is good. Apart from stay we had booked stay with breakfast which was horrible as their cook doesn’t know how to cook i believe. We were having our dinner in Mall Road & use to come to hotel. There were power cuts & no back up of generator in hotel you have to wait for power to come. They have to still improve a lot.

familywe were disappointed by the location of this hotel..although quite before Dalhousie mall road.Room given to us was a family room but was just ok ok not too good.Food was average with very limited option in breakfast and overall service was not that good as compared to money charged to us.so overall not a good experience..as there was also rodents in the hotel room

The hotel staff is doing its best to make your stay relaxed and comfortable, however they are competing on a race where the odds are against the. First the location if hotel is not on main road while other hotels are located on the highway itself, secondly the parking of the hotel is a pain and it stinks all the time. No maintenance done here inf-act they have made a trash dump in the parking itself. Sone positives about hotel is the staff and the food. The food is amazing. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

familyFirst of all the pictures uploaded is of only rooms due to which lot of people think that it's a nice hotel. It's a bad hotel with dirtiest parking and location in banikhet. No electricity, towels provided were wet incests in the room, terrible breakfast.

It was a pleasant surprise indeed. Our short family vacation planned at an equally short notice turned out to be awesome. Thanks to a comfortable stay at the hotel mistwood, banikhet by terra hotels. The family suite was clean and spacious with all amenities. Food was excellent and all staff was extremely courteous. All this at a reasonable price package. Would suggest to go for it if planning a vacation around dalhousie.
