very dim lights outside rooms, leakages, no changing of bedshift or room cleaning. only room was big rest all not good

Location is very accessible and the room cleanliness is average and size is bigger . Near by restaurants are available

We had taken a superior room, the room looks good. However, there is maintenance issues. As you open the balcony, those you have a drainage running slow because of that the entire room stinks. In fact, the entire Hotel stinks. They need to work inside the hotel in the beginning. The AC wasn’t working, and the TV was not connected. However, after approaching, they got the things fixed immediately. The only issue with the Hotel is it’s not clean. The Manager is quite helpful and gives you all the information, thank you so much for everything.

I was provided two invoices by makemy trip and i believe i had booked ac rooms which were changed later, food information was not clear due to which we had to go out in search of food, later while check out was told that the restaurant is available for guests

location is Good.. In my experience services to the budget room is limited. they consider it as they are giving it freely... so there will be no service. room is good and spacious also it is clean.. bathroom door lock is complaint so we have to keep paper to close it. when we ask they have no answer. there will be no TV and telephone in budget rooms i think.. we have to call them from our mobile itself. because of the total experience i didn't take food from the hotel

The room was spacious and well kept bathroom was not upto the mark bathroom curtains where not there the service was good friendly staff and good parking. The highlight is the balcony that provided tv remote was missing

Room had internet connectivity issues

The stay was so baddi don't know why do they mention mountain view and we got a room with a view of the very next building. I would also like to mention that the toilet floor was so bad and sticky and felt it was cleaned ages before.
