We went as a group of 8 and this stay was remarkable. such a pleasant place situated between trees and a soothing surrounding gave a lot of peace to mind. Two call outs to say are : 1. only table fan was available and we wanted ceiling one. 2. Since we booked as 8, we wanted to have 3+3+2 beds, we already informed but we didnt get an extra bed while we had to accommodate on 3+2+2 which is not right as the money was already paid. its purely the issue with reception people. anyways we loved the stay and we hope we ll return again

worst experience ever had,room was not clean,there was a privacy issue,the owner/staffs were rudely behaved,there was no hot shower ,by questioning this they told they are responsible for anything and we check-out within 1 hour

the location is amazing but the room smells and tge sheets and pillows were so dirty .. we had booked 2 rooms for 2 days ... one room didn't have hot water for bathing and another didn't have kettle .. if you want to spend your time and sleep outside room then it's best place.

I'm first time in munnar visit. this property was completely maked a playwoods and aluminium fabrics. and we are not expected stay with the house.. heater not working properly fan not working properly discription items are not available.

The stay was very good and well maintained. The view from the tree house balcony was also very nice however it is a little far from the main road and it is better if you travel in own vehicle.
