Property is really neat and clean. We have taken the mud room, it's all new and greater experience. Swimming pool is good for both kids and elders. Their water fall is really a eye catcher and looks amazing and they have stairs as well so you can enjoy the water fall at heights. Also the rain showers is good. Talking about food, quality, taste and quantity is good at reasonable price. Reception desk, house keeping and security are welcoming. Special thanks and appreciation to person in the restaurant during breakfast, and room cleaning person cons: not many outdoor activities, camp fire etc finally thanks for the return gift, a coffee mug

Well maintained and clean resort with a lot of activities to have fun. Ample car parking space and the man made waterfall with a cave is just amazing for your holiday experience. The bar attached to the resort was not great, but that was mainly because of the crowd from outside. I wouldn't recommend the bar if you are with your family. Overall as a family visit - it was a great experience and memories to cherish. Last but not the least - the staff in the entire property very helpful- highly recommend for short family outings near bangalore.

Mj aavyanna resort & convention centre has asia’s tallest man-made waterfall with a built-in room. Witness the most magnificent and breath-taking view of the waterfall, which offers a unique underground design and various activities like archery, table tennis, pool, volleyball ball, cricket, foot ball, bonfire, swimming, a rain dance area, and water polo, making it an interesting spot for families and groups. The food is also decent and good. Overall, it's a good, neat, and clean place for a weekend getaway.

The property is built over very large area. It is just beside bannerghata road, so easy to locate. There are big open spaces inside the resort. Many indoor activities like cycling, pool, billiards, tt, fusball, etc are available in the property. The food was good with buffet option available for lunch. Breakfast spread was also decent. Though i felt the rooms were pretty average, with no such wow amenities. The swimming pool and rain dance timings were also limited which was disappointing.

It is good resort small but made good effort for different look. Maintainanace can b improved. Water fall timing need to be extra. Check time to be little relaxed as they are very rude with customer even 45 min extra 2 o’clock check in 11 check out in resort if not full they can relax for 1 hour but even though it is empty they are rude on check out. Over all small one day outing it is good experience.

Overall our stay was very excellent. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was excellent. The resorts staff were very generous humble and friendly. Highly recommended for families. Very well maintained resort. Indoor and outdoor games equipment were well maintained. Kids will enjoy a lot. The main attraction is the waterfall swimming pool.

Very well maintained resort. I see all indoor and outdoor activities are available to play. Support staff was always helpful. Best attraction is man made waterfalls to enjoy. Food we have taken veg options. Taste was nice. I recommend people to stay in the resort instead of day outing to experience calm place.

The resort is really wonderful and amenities are also good. I really enjoyed the trip and spl thanks to sunita for coordination and support. Can improve the service more by improving below. Drink water supply in each floor check the tv, hot water and other facility before checkin

Nice place to visit. Nice environment. Staff behaviour is awesome. Will love to visit once more. Everything is well decorated. Pool view is just awesome.

Resort and staffs were very good. The ambience and the approach was also too remarkable. The restaurant and pool were very hygeine and accessible anytime. Play area for kids, internal games area, their unique waterfall, cave like construction all were very impressed.

Very big property, professional staff, beautiful ambience. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was also good but they can add more options at that price. The pool and waterfall was the best of this place. We enjoyed it a lot. Overall a good experience.

It was a great experience staying at mj avyanna. Kids had the best time playing in the pool, play area, indoor and outdoor games. Good support staff and environment. It was overall a nice weekend and worth it.

Setting was great, a well themed, well planned resort with a beautiful pool and restaurant close by. Our room was also very unique and an enjoyable experience.
