MJ Sarovar Portico Haridwar

The stay was overall ok. We had issues with checkin as it was very much time consuming and only single person was handling reception area which led to chaos. Further rooms provided at first, were far from each other and later on we were provided rooms adjacent when support was contacted. The MJ Sarovar Portico Haridwar is newly built facilities were good but needs improvement with food taste at breakfast buffet. Service was good. Location was also on main Haridwar -Rishikesh road which was more comfortable for commute. They need to make lifts more user friendly as they are only accessible by room checkin cards which was more frustrating as everytime one needs to carry the room checkin card for moving in the lift.

The stay was comfortable but the food and the way the server dealt with us spoiled our evening. We booked a dinner buffet for 3 adults but upon reaching we got to know that there was no buffet. The service was extremely slow. Starters took more than an hour to reach us. Moreover, to make the situation worse they told us that the meal was limited when we had paid for the buffet. Later on the chef and the server both tried to make up for whatever they did because they knew that it was their fault but the damage was done. We immediately finished our dinner and left the place. Never expected such rude and unprofessional behaviour from sarovar portico staff.

A very good stay! the MJ Sarovar Portico Haridwar’s ambience is excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is highly accessible, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was delicious and offered a variety of options. Overall, a highly satisfying experience!

Although being a new property the ambience is great. We were there for only 1 night but stay was comfortable. Room was clean cosy with all amenities. Washroom again very clean and upto the mark. Breakfast had lots of varieties. And staff is fantastic and courteous. A good place for family and friends

It is new property, very beautiful, with all amenities required to make your stay comfortable, just the housekeeping services are slow. The property is very beautiful, it is on the highway, approx 6 km away from harki podi, 10 km away from bus stop
