There is no time table, no employee is on duty, there is no timing for breakfast in the morning, I did not even get breakfast, no one is ready to listen, make 20 calls, still no one is ready to listen, I did not even get breakfast, although I had already paid for the breakfast on the bill.

Had a wonderful and comfortable experience at Mmazz Hotel, I went there with my parents and my husband and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Staff are very friendly and polite, they did everything they could and were so very accomodating, absolutely recommend this hotel !

There was no night light in the room, so the choice was sleeping in darkness or bright light. Only one blanket was provided for two guests. They were not very sure if the room charges included complimentary breakfast or not. Room per say was nice, but the cleanliness of the bathroom must be checked before the guest arrives.

Everything is nee t and clean in this hotel all staff is good and polite professional fast service so overall it's a good place to stay

The property is located in a congested region. For the price, the facilities are really ordinary. Because of the ambience of the room, i upgraded my room. Budget hotel service. Because there is no parking available, i must park my car on the main road in front of the hotel. The staff was courteous.

Good for stay. Very near to railway station. Prompt service. Cooperative staff. Washroom needs improvement
