MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment

For early check in 500rs per room. And for late check out 100rs per room. They should have specified this. I'm ok with this. But i had booked 3 rooms and paid full for it. And only 1 room could be occupied on the first day. I told them 1 room may not be occupied. So i asked if refund was possible and they said they cannot refund as it was MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment policy. That also i can understand. They said 3 rooms would remain if i wanted or not. Anyway as the rooms were still there which i confirmed twice, i asked the guests to come. Now the 2nd room they opened on the second day. But when the guest for third room came on the final day, they had given it to someone else. So they told pls adjust upto evening in your rooms. This was for a room for which i had paid for 3 nights. I thought let it be, as MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment staff were trying to make some extra money, as 2 people had paid for same room. So i said ok but during check out reduce the 100 rs tariff per hour as they gave 1 of my rooms to someone else. And the last guest would come to my room and wait for 4-5 hrs, which i had mentioned when i booked the room. Now if they were charging me for extra pay they had to charge 500 rs for total 5 hours. But on day of checkout they were saying room was there available for 3rd guest but they forgot to inform and i have to pay 1000 rs for extra stay of 2 rooms. When the guest for 3rd room came earlier they were pleading with me to adjust and not make an issue. But once on day of checkout, they were playing around. No bill for 1000 rs given. Also on day of check in i told them final guest would stay with us after check out time for 4-5 hours. So i could save on the money. As they had given room to someone else they were like i don't have to pay anything extra. Looks like MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment staff plays around little bit with gullible customers otherwise stay was fine. Morning tokens for a nearby MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment was given. As i plan for contingencies like this i had cash on me. Yet wanted to inform. The fellow who keeps the night shift looked like the cunning one who was scheming. He would plead one way and go the other way at the end

We went has a family of 4 members and had a comfortable stay as in the home feeling. Positives are value for money and budget friendly rooms. Nice location (opposite to new bus stand). Complimentary breakfast from Annapoorna MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment was really good. Calm and peaceful rooms. Good supporting MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment staffs. Some things needs to be improved are hot water availability (suggest to use the electrical backup for the solar water heater). Blankets cleanliness (suggest to replace with new blankets). Regarding car parking, at a time three cars can be parked inside the building without any issues. Hope the review was helpful!

Location is near the new bus stand which is far away from city and Ola auto will cost Rs. 100 to old / town bus stand which is the center of the city. This is like a service apartment which has TV, fridge, induction cook top, utensils, etc. The MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment charges you extra/ hrs if it exceeds your stay or you come early. The MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment doesn't have a restaurant so the complimentary breakfast they arrange from outside. The only this bit bother me about the cleanliness of utensils and towels provided. I would recommend carrying your towel and blanket. Leaving these things overall stay was fine.

Really price worthy for stay. I will come back again. Few minor things they can correct.
Breakfast they have tie up with MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment. I prefer to have in MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment than getting take away. Also water bottles could have been provided, no hot water on day I stayed. May be solar was not working, since day was too cold apart from these rest of stay was perfect. Will come back again.

We had a pleasent stay with family. I felt this place is very near by if we come through trichy bypass. Not very deep inside the street you can find it on the entrance of the street. Room service is excellent, and value for money rooms are clean and neat overall i we felt the stay was good, near y by there are many MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartments and restaurants also ther is a kitchen for every room so if we plan we can also cook.

Hotel was located in a small lane from the main road, they have ample car parking space. Rooms are tidy and neat. Beyond a room with a bathroom they also have an extension with a hall and kitchen as well. Hotel service was fine. Close to a commercial hub and to the nearest sightseeing places. I recommend this MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment for a cheap and best stay.

The property was located close to new bus stand and market place. A very convenient location for all types of visitors. Big temple was hardly 7 minutes drive. The property is maintained well. The sheets, towels and the toilet were very clean. However, food and beverages were not available at the MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment. It was a value for money stay.

Location is close to new bus stand. complementary breakfast was from MMD Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment Annaporna and the taste was good. It's an apartment with hall, kitchen, and bedroom. Size of bedroom is small for three. Extra bed was provided but not up to the mark. flush of toilet not working. AC was working well. overall good for family stay.
