It is very Good Hotel. Their services and room quality is great. Amenities are good. Service staff behavior excellent

I entered the hotel late at night, and the staff were cordial in coordinating.

Parking of car is very difficult. The hotel is located on a busy road and not airy. The food quality is not very attractive.

The room was spacious as i booked a suite room for us. But there are no complementary services like tea kit, shaving kit etc. Which were supposed to be there in a suite room. And the wash room was not up to the mark because the water supply was smelling so bad

Hotel was situated in a good location and food quality was also very good. Parking area was situated outside which was very dirty. Overall experience was very good.

The hotel is located at the main location of the city. Food restaurant is in house and food quality is good. The hotel is old and needs upgradation. Good choice for stay.

Location is in a prime location. Food quality was good. People were well behaved and helpful.

I stayed two nights. The room was not clean and had cobwebs on the walls. Bed linen was stained with ink marks. Bathroom had no shower kit. A 2 rupee suns-ilk sachet and a 2 rupee, small soap bar was provided. Was extremely basic but not worth 1200 i paid.

Room space is not ok. Toilet space is also small. Ac is there, but no remote control. Water is dropping from ac.

Comparing the cost, facilities were not upto mark. Average hotel, with dirty washroom. Food was very good and room service was very good. Lift available for movement.

All things are perfectly synchronized by the management. Specially cleanness and germ protection

It's a good place to be in thou location is not good but room service and all are very good very good for single person or business meeting

We stayed overnight in this property while transiting for north bengal. The location is in the middle in a local market (bazaar. The property doesn't have any parking facility and you need to park your car around 200 meters away in a congested uneven ground in the day time and can only bring your car infront of the hotel at late night once the market closed. Rooms and food are decent though.
