MOD Avenue

Booking was smooth without any issue. Contacting the MOD Avenue for confirmation and route was not a difficult task. Requested for early check-in i. E. 2 hrs prior to the scheduled check-in. The MOD Avenue assistant mr. Nishank did support me with the same and asked me to contact the MOD Avenue early morning on the day of check-in to confirm the same. The MOD Avenue is easily accessible as per the route and map location. I cannot say check-in was smooth as the MOD Avenue assistants did ask me for extra wages for 2 hrs early check-in despite the fact that they had non-alloted rooms(2/5) as per the hygiene, the room was clean(3/5) and all the necessary items were present. I was allowed to entertain my guest for few hours on request. Thanks for the same. The staff was supportive throughout the stay(4/5) the breakfast was great and filling(4/5) the check-out process was smooth and not at all time consuming(4/5) overall stay(4/5)

Overall, had an excellent experience. Liked the modern and minimalistic feel. Stayed in : deluxe room with balcony at 4th floor the goods: # neat and clean rooms with balcony. #clean linens # has diakin - air-conditioning and it works perfectly. #smart tv with netflix, youtube etc. #staff was friendly and prompt. The bads, #intercom was not working. #complimentary water bottles were not there@day 1 #the wallpaper behind the bed was torn at places. This was spoiling the overall experience and feel. Suggestions: create a room checklist and have it checked before marking the same as guest ready.

The MOD Avenue was neat and clean, and in good location. Service is good. The highlight is the good location and good food. The food is slightly high priced but very tasty and hygienically prepared. Things they could improve is a lot of ants in the property. And the telephone was unserviceable throughout and they could not repair it due to which i have given 4 stars otherwise would have got 5 stars

mod avenue everything looked new. extremely clean and spacious room.staffs, and housekeeping staffs are very energetic and checking with guests for any help and trying to make the stay comforatable specially suraj. only 1 suggestion that shower direction can be improved so that water doesn't go in the room .other than that it was great stay and would like to stay again 😊👍🏻

Mod avenue, has the best location right on main road accessible from metro station and all amenities in walking limits be it mall or hospital. The staff is very very good helped me arranged medicine from the local chemist. And food was very very nice. Thank you for making our stay comfortable team mod.

MOD Avenue genuinely very good place locality and connectivity. rooms are clean and spacious. Ambiance and aroma was eye catching. stay with breakfast included.. yummy and healthy breakfast menu 😋 served daily till 10:30 am. you have to woke up on time get your breakfast done.

Hotel is located at a walking distance from cyberpark (1km away) which provide easy commute for people working in any it company there. Rooms are very neat and clean as property is new. I hope it is maintained in near future. Rest everything was good.

Property is dam m nice and well maintained all the facilities and amenities totally fab you actually feel the 4 star property things in that same property much recommended and appreciate the MOD Avenue staff they are actually nice and humble.

The stay was very comfortable and good. The property was very beautiful and the room was very beautiful and comfortable. Staff was good. Morning breakfast was extremely good and healthy.

You can not call your friend to your room. No visitors allowed. And the sad part is you discover this rule when you have already booked. Rest is all great.

Great location, near ambience mall and cyber hub good clean rooms with decent amenities for the price helpful and polite staff food was good mostly but breakfast options were less in the buffet, service was bit slow but not a dealbreaker.
