Modanwal Mansion

The place is very nice and comfortable.kanak bhawan is 50-70 metres and other places like dasrath mahal,hanuman garhi ,Ram mandir all are within very close proximity.If you are travelling with senior citizens then it’s the one …only issue is they don’t have a lift and rooms are in first floor and stair steps are of 10 inches .Rooms and bathrooms are large and well built.Location is what makes it special,you have to just walk 100-150 metres from the auto stand (caretaker of the Modanwal Mansion comes here for pick up) ✌️🙂.Food is also available within few metres (bhojnalayas are there ).

The place is a homestay but very well managed. The rooms are very clean and comfy. All necessities are provided by the owners and they are very good in nature especially their son who helped me in finding the mansion and deputed one person to take me there. The place is open early morning to late at night making it easy for you to roam around at all times. Overall pleasant stay

Its a nicely built home stay. Fairly, good interiors, large size bed and wash room. Location is excellent, very nearer to kanak bhawan, hanuman garhi, dashrath mahal ( all less than 400 mtrs) and ram janambhoomi (1 km. All are in walkable distance. The owner family is descent and very cooperative. It shall be nice if tea & breakfast is served. Its a value stay.

Room was neat and clean with nice bedding. Property owners are very gentle and supportive. Only issue is access to Modanwal Mansion which requires walking from nearby parking upto Modanwal Mansion. My suggestion is to discuss it before reaching and ask specifically to send attendant to accompany from parking to Modanwal Mansion

The location is good. Ram mandir kanak bhawan and hanuman gar-hi are within the walking distance vicinity of less than a km. The stay is very comfortable and homely. Ram babu ji (the owner) has a banaras peda shop inside kanak bhawan. Dont forget to buy prasad boxes for your family members from there.

The rooms has all required amenities including ac, geezer, tv, sofa. The housekeeper is promptly available for any issue you have. It's one of the better properties near ram mandir which is at a walkable distance. All in all you can plan to stay here if you are planning to make a visit to ram mandir.

The lady owner was very rude to talk to. During check-in, the male owner was treating good. However while check out, the lady owner literally shouted saying, “get out soon” in hindi. Everything boils down to how you behave with your guests. These newly rich people have money but no etiquette.

Too good a Modanwal Mansion to find nearby hanuman garhi and ram mandir. Both at walkable distance from the property. A bit of walk upside to reach property but worth it with kind of stay properly provides. Owner is very sweet in listening to things. Overall a very good experience.

Location of Modanwal Mansion was excellent, hanuman garhi, kanak bhawan and ram mandir all were at walking distance.

Stay was very good. The property had the amenities. They were cordial and supportive. However there was no facility for food. Services were very good.

Very genuine and helpful. Room exactly as description given. Location is very near to all the main temples.

It's a home stay and the facilities were awesome. I will prefer staying here in my future trips as well.

It is nearby ram mandir. Walkable distance for all destination. Room no 3 is bad smelling, room no 1 is good. No food facility is a drawback but near by it is available

Modanwal mansion ayodhya homestay, a good place to stay in ayodhya. Very near to ayodhya janmbhumi and hanuman garhi temple. Room was very neat and clean. Owner's behaviour is also good.

Excellent stay. Good room and amenities. Very nearby to ram mandir ( walking distance. But reaching there from bypass or town is difficult. This is actually a home stay. The owner is very much cooperative

Property location is very good, its 2 mins from kanak bhavan, 5-7 mins walking to ram mandir. Room was very clean, hosts were very accomodative. Would recommend this property.
