My experience was good, owner was very helpful, everything was provided by them like basic amenities and all. Just one complain wifi password was not given by the owner, he mentioned it is for using television only. So this is one thing which is important so they should provide free wifi also with the stay. Rest all things were perfectly fine, overall my experience was good with this stay.

Booked this place. Place is in a lane opposite kanak bhawan, first time care taker will come and receive. However location js simply awesome in ayodhya. Walking distance from every where. Newly built, very clean home stay. Around 4 rooms on first floor fitted with ac. Owner also has a sweet shop and these are prepared at second floor. Can get fresh sweets. Overall nice place.

It was awesome the property owner was too good and his behavior was fabulous. The boy who carried our lugguage till the main road was also nice since it was too close to ram mandir where no vehicle access is possible as it was walking road. Thanks and keep up the good work

Location is good. Only reaching could be difficult in case of high rush by taxi. Near hanumangarhi, ram mandir, opp. Kanak bhawan. Their khurchan peda at their shop in kanak bhawan is very tasty. Must try. Overall good.

Good stay. Owner is friendly and the Modanwal Mansion is in the he vicinity of temple. Arranged transport from airport. He also arranged a taxi to visit the naimisaranya, prayagraj and varanasi

Modanwal mansion is a beautiful homestay in ayodhya. It is at a walkable distance from all the major temples including ram mandir. The rooms are very neat and tidy. The hosts are very cordial.

Nice place but you need walk a little to reach here, as it’s a very tight street, very well maintained though
