Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker

Location is bit tricky, don't trust your google map else you will be roaming around, i would suggest better call to villa owner shaji (nice person)who will guide you to reach easily (land mark lakdi bakery and devi medical) very good service and hospitality. Rooms and bathroom was clean only negative point is Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker has no restauran but you can order your food from zomato and swiggy, i am pleased with the hospitality provided by the caretaker arun till my check-out. Parking space available for 3-4 cars only. I would recommend this villa to everyone.

The modern villa room was in excellent condition. It feel like a home, the hospitality of the Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker is very kind. So i prefer it is the best Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker in ooty and importantly the scenario from the balcony is the best. The rose garden is near by we can cover the distance by walking, and a very good Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker also nearby z am z am you can eat anytime. So Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker modern villa as everything nearby

My family and me stayed there on our trip to ooty. First of all cleanness is superb cam-pared to other stays in ooty and 24 hr heater facility makes this place more recommendable. Hats off to their care taker mr. Arun he was very assisstive and kind towards us. There is no restaurants nearby but you can contact reception they will provide you menu of nearby restaurant which you can order from. I will really recommend this place to fellow travellers.

Had an amazing stay at this Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker. Forget about everything, the balcony view you will have will be the perfect 'paisa wasool' for you. Apart from that basic amenities were just perfect, enough big room for two people. And the stuffs were really nice. Only thing missing in the room was a towel. But as we were carrying one, we did not bother to ask. Big thumbs up to the Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker, will recommend.

Had a great experience in modern villa. Hospitality was so good. Pleasant and cool balcony. The balcony view was nice. Staff were soo soo good with us and they are available 24/7. Especially there is one guy named with arun. He is just amazing and much obedient person. He just take care of our entire ooty trip. Rooms are so spacious. Cons- no cupboards in the room. That's only one minus in modern villa. Trust me these villa is amazing.

A good family Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker at a peaceful location, caretakers mr. Sag u and mr. Arun are always available for any requirement. Room has nice view from balcony, clean and well furnished rooms with geyser. Tea and coffee can be ordered but the Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker does not have their own restaurant but it can be ordered through zomato or swiggy or through the caretakers. Stay was pleasant and peaceful.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Walkable distance from rose garden. Friendly staff. Room was neat. Balcony view was good. There is no restaurant in the property but they will bring food from nearby restaurants as per your order. If you wanna go to restaurants then have to walk 10 minutes. They arranged taxi for our sitesseing but thats was bit a scam as we can expect in any tourist places. Totally it was a good stay

Found the Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker through makemy trip and we are very satisfied. The room was large also the bath, neat and clean. The view from the open balcony and roof of the property was amazing! the only problem was, there are no food. However one can easily order online. We enjoy the stay and the scene-tic view of ooty from the Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker. Thanks.

I feel an electric kettle and some coffee or tea scathes could be provided inside the room. There is no wifi in the room. Room service was very good. We got coffee and hot water thru room service.

Good infrastructure and room condition also nice. But parking area congested but overall good atmosphere

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the modern villa. We booked two rooms, and both were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was not only welcoming but also incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker for a comfortable and pleasant visit.

If you want to stay here don't go with expectations its very basic big villa good for the fare what we pay

10/10, best in ooty for couple and family pleasant surrounding with spacious room & balcony. Entire property was very clean and well managed

Most economic stay. Got what i needed - just a peaceful stay. The caretaker was very helpful and kind, respectful. The Modern Villa | Rooms & Caretaker provides sightseeing cabs/bus sharings for decent pricing. Finally, if you don't need fancy welcome and luxuries, but just a good comfortable stay. We had a somewhat difficult time locating the place the first time, but it was all good thereafter. The room was functionally good, the views from the balcony were super and the staff was always ready to provide service with a smile. We were able to park our vehicle in a covered area which was great too ) would recommend this place to anyone staying in ooty for 2-3 days.

Good spacious room, nice & polite behaviour of the owner. Helped us in all aspects regarding transportation. Overall a good experience.
