After completing our 5-day pilgrimage trip, our family of seven spent 3 days and 2 nights at Modern Villa, Ooty, booking three Deluxe Rooms. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax amidst the calm beauty of the Nilgiris. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area, yet just a short drive away from Ooty Lake, the Botanical Garden, and the main town. The rooms were neat, cozy, and well-maintained with all essential amenities, offering a lovely homestay vibe. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely humble, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay, he ensured we felt completely at home. The service was simple yet sincere, exactly what you’d expect from a good homestay experience. There is ample parking space inside the property, and the surroundings are calm, making it ideal for family or group stays. Overall, Modern Villa offered a memorable and comfortable end to our journey, a great blend of warmth, nature, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Ooty with homely hospitality.

We are in center of the town,(Check Bombay Castle is located in Google)we got all basic amenities, other wise we shouldn't have got so many good reviews,the reason for this review is they booked the rooms during Pooja holidays when the rates were high,but they think only our property rate is high this guest haven't checked the rates with other property, because our rate will be lesser than all
