We stayed in Premium Suite room for 3 days and 2 nights... Location - good. Just 10 mins walk away from Gandhi Market. Also able to get good view (in patches) Flexibility: they provided an early check-in. Provided a standard room where we could freshen up while our room was being cleaned note this is basis the availability of room) Room - there is little difference in prices of exotic room and primer suite but premier suite is much better. Bathroom Accessories... Sofa cum bed in addition to bed is better. The view from room is very good Food - just about OK. We took MAP plan incl breakfast and dinner. Dinner offered limited options.. But perhaps that might be the standard for the place.. Property area... Fairly well spread property.. Rather huge property. Can walk around.. Parking - good space... Please note the property is under renovation /expansion so labour and noise is from morning till 8. 30 pm.. But that must wrap up soon.. Please check while booking. Overall.. Good place...

The Mohan Palace Dalhousie has well-appointed rooms with good views. The staff were very friendly and took care of all your needs, but room service is a bit slow. They took more than 3 hours, and multiple calls to room service deliver warm water for drinking. I wish they were as responsive and friendly as the restaurant staff who were phenomenal and took care or needs of every individual. The breakfast and dinner spread were decent but definitely could've been better. They also need to ensure room heaters are included in every room, especially in winters and not on-demand. The price can accordingly be adjusted, guests would be happy to have room heaters provided with few more hundred as amenities off the rack.

Staff was friendly. Food was very delicious with variety in buffet. Premium suit room was very spacious with extra bed facility for 2 children. We had booked premium suite for first day and standard room for the second day as at the time of booking it didn't show option for premium suite on the particular date. But luckily the manager upgraded our stay for 2nd day to the same room that's premium suite. I will definitely recommend this Mohan Palace Dalhousie and want to come back again here. This Mohan Palace Dalhousie is very close to Mall road & Tibetan market. Just 8 minutes walking.

Location of Mohan Palace Dalhousie is very good, walkable distance from Gandhi chowk / Mall Road. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms with Valley view are pretty awesome. The open sitting area is the best place in the Mohan Palace Dalhousie, in the night you can see clouds around you here and believe me it feels majestic. The only thing which could be better is breakfast, they repeat almost same menu every day. This can bore you if staying for more than 1 day. Overall it was a good experience.

Had an amazing time at Mohan Palace Hotel, location was nice with good open terrace, staff was courteous and food was really nice. As far as service is concerned the staff was really friendly and gave the prompt service. According to the quality of service and food you get the value for money. I fact staff interact to give you the feel of home away from home. Overall experience was dashing just loved it. I'll be looking forward for another trip to Dalhousie with the stay in Mohan palace.

Hotel location is nice. Gandhi market and Tibetan market is around 500 from the Mohan Palace Dalhousie. Hotel is very neat, clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is not so good. Hence try food around Gandhi Market. Kwality restaurant near the market is expensive but food is nice. Street food is must to try specifically Maggie and momos. Overall experience is Dalhousie was good. People are nice.

Our stay for 2 nights from 11-13 aug 22 at mohan palace was just awesome. We booked one exotic room with balcony which offered mesmerising valley view. Quality of service and food was excellent. Mr p s thakur was very welcoming and his team including ramzan, chaman served us very well and made our trip a memorable one. Parking facility is another advantage. If you are planning to visit dalhousie this property is highly recommended.

Hotel management is polite and listen/resolve queries proactively. Overall, it has been a great experience staying at Mohan Palace.
