Mohan Palace Dalhousie

Stay was excellent , location was good , service was good , room neat and clean , need little bit of repairs but has all the amenities. Food quality was also very good. all over stay was good.

Geyser was not working. Atmosphere was also not suitable for family. People were drinking and shouting abuses whole night. Not good for family

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, and the rooms were decent. However, the bedsheets were not washed properly, which was disappointing. The breakfast spread was limited, and we had to pay extra for the heater, but it still didn’t work well. Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that need attention for a more comfortable experience.

Well, the hotel is at a relatively quiet neighborhood, and yet close to gandhi chawk, cheese & olive bar, tibetan market etc, it's elevated, yet not so much that walking will tire you. Staff is very courteous, efficient, and joy to interact with. And the best little known part of this hotel is the chef. He makes awesome food. I eat light when traveling. Simple dal tadka, rice, roti, aaloo gobi kind of food. I don't remember when was the last time i ate better tasting food than this hotel's. They need to incentivise their chef. He/she is absolutely awesome.

It was ammasing trip and our stay was comfortable. We want to extend our stay by one or two days but we failed to do so you are requested to up date your soft ware so that customer may have provision to extend his stay

Awesome hotel. Stayed for 2 great nights. On 4 and 5th may 24. Good food, clean and hygienic, excellent and quick service. Very close to gandhi chowk. Best valley view. . Staff are very well mannered and courteous. Rooms need to be a bit bigger

Dirty bathrooms bugs in beds and mmt is not listening because they people get their commission only so one can book at their own risk

The rooms were good but a bit small for the price. Location was great, walking distance to gandhi chowk. There is an outdoor sitting area which is good to sit with friends and listen to some music. The staff were polite and quick to respond.
