The property is nice and clean with all the necessary and basic amenities in place. The only drawback is the room service/cleaning did not happen in-time. Even after repeatedly calling the caretaker (Bishnu) he did not provide room cleaning service upto the mark. Rest things are fine.

A tranquil stay In Puri

This is an 1bhk apartment within a gated society. There are couple of restaurants within the premises. The apartment is having all basic amenities for cooking. Neat and clean space. The owner of the property is responsive and prompt in answering the queries etc. Helpful. The caretaker Vishnu is just a phone's call away and equally helpful. Ideal for tranquility lovers, amidst the hustle and bustle of Puri, Swargadwar etc. Highly recommended.

A bit away from crowd and costly transport. It part of society and having amenities like restaurants pool etc. Hire a two wheeler to avoid inconvenience. overall good

Nice stay. Cleaned room with kitchen and hall facility. Peaceful environment but slightly away from the city. It is better to hire a scooty from the manager for a convenient city ride and enjoyment. The manager and caretaker are very helpful. Recommend stay for all except elderly people.

The room is very nice. Its 1bhk. Peaceful environment. Fully cleaned room with kitchek and balcony facilities. But it is somehow far from sri mandir and golden beach. But in 200 mtr sea beach is available. The manager and caretaker are very friendly and supportive. A swimming pool facility is also available on a charge basis. You can hire a scooty for city tour.
