Terrible Stay

The washroom was dirty, cigarette buts were lying in the wash basin, wash basin wash dirty. Too much noise from the adjacent rooms. We couldn't sleep properly. No fans in the room , the day time temperature was 34°C. Poor service and etiquette.

Dining is generally far from the living area. Sir it is hills station and falls on snowfall area,I am 100% sure you do not require FAN.
