first of all i waited litle longer while check in prosess, there's already guest staying there. so they kindly moved us to another apartment, now they said we have to ready your stay so wait we waited about half an hour, but the caretaker is very kind, helpful.. now the property? property isss amazinggggly beutiful and specially where we got new one view from that apartment is unexplainable ❤️ also every thing is very very clean, also no too much but considering goa it is budget friendly!!!

The property is nice and secure. All the kitchen amenities were there. For any family tour I am recommending this property. The only disadvantage is, it is away from the main beach.

A couple of positive and negative points I would like to share. 1) maintained clean. 2) The price is reasonable 3) peace 4) Bikke or car on rental, groceries, breakfast and liquor at walkable distance. Negative 1) AC was not working @ 100% capacity..u feel hot even though AC is running.

Staff behaviour is not good, and the kitchen does not have all the utensils for cooking . AC is also not cooling properly. I am strongly not suggesting this place.

Power is not stable and care taker is always asking for extra money

Check out time - 11 Am Start check out follow up from 8 am in the morning as care taker committed early check in with some extra money to coming guest which is disgusting Monarch palm is not whole society it is just two apartment and kind of air bnb , changing bed sheet after two days of multiple follow-ups. Not the kind of stay one can prioritise. Power come and go twice - thrice in a day and night When asked care taker to help us getting rented vehicle he wants his own cut while forwarding contacts.
