I recently stayed at mongas Mongas Hotel and Resort and found the overall experience to be a mix of highs and lows. The Mongas Hotel and Resort's location was undoubtedly one of its strong points, conveniently situated in a prime area with easy access to various attractions and amenities. The staff at mongas Mongas Hotel and Resort were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. They were quick to assist with any queries and seemed genuinely committed to ensuring a positive guest experience. However, there were areas that left room for improvement, most notably in the housekeeping department. While the general cleanliness was acceptable, there were some lapses that caught my attention. Additionally, the state of the room heaters was subpar. Inconsistent heating made for a less-than-comfortable stay, and it seemed that the equipment could benefit from maintenance or an upgrade. Despite these drawbacks, i would consider giving mongas Mongas Hotel and Resort another chance, hoping that they address the issues mentioned. With its prime location and friendly staff, there's potential for this Mongas Hotel and Resort to offer a more satisfying and comfortable stay with a few adjustments.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mongas Hotel and Resort mongas in dalhousie, and i must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The Mongas Hotel and Resort offers a decent view of the surrounding hills, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The parking facility is spacious and secure, which was a big plus for me. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and worth every penny. The Mongas Hotel and Resort's staff is courteous and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. What impressed me the most was the value for money. The Mongas Hotel and Resort offers top-notch amenities and services at a very reasonable price, making it an ideal choice for travelers on a budget. Overall, i highly recommend Mongas Hotel and Resort mongas to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in dalhousie. Choosing mongas Mongas Hotel and Resort and resort was a good decision. We as a family of three (with a toddler) stayed in the superior room with valley view. The stay was comfortable, the food was delicious and the service was incredible. The breakfast and dinner buffet have good 13-16 options and all are tasty. They even accommodated our special service request for candle light dinner and balloon decoration with cake. The decoration and arrangement was exemplary. The washrooms were neat and clean. They have open terrace dining option as well with romantic music, not live, though. The property is strategically located close to market, 100m, which makes it easy for guests to visit the local indo tibetan market and also taste the local street food.

Monga's Mongas Hotel and Resort is situated at a walking distance from the mall road dalhousie. The room was really nice with a balcony, room service was excellent, breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty, terrace restaurant area was a highlight serving delicious pizza and drinks. Only point of concern for me was that the ceiling of the room was a bit low about 7 feet, and i could touch the fan easily (so used to turn it off while changing. And it did not have a kids play area. Rest everything was at par. They also had a live guitarist playing on the terrace in the evening and a screen put up for world cup semi final match

This is a beautiful and a very aesthetic resort. We ended up staying there on the weekend and they have bonfire and musical nights on the weekends, which was the highlight of our stay here! we stayed in the attic room, which is comfortable and enough for two people and is very beautiful. You can see the valley view from the balcony and spot this resort from the 'garam sadak' as well! the resort is located near to the market as well so it's a great location to be at for evening strolls. The staff is very courteous, the entire resort is hygienic and overall a very good place to stay and make memories at!

Hotel mongas is in prime location, it’s just 3 min walk from tibet market and 8 min walk from gandhi chowk where you can find all the local food stalls, shop and restaurants. Moreover, the food and terrance restaurant of mongas is best in town. The ambiance and atmosphere is amazing with live music and you can even enjoy t-20 world cup match. On arrival they give you coupon for their cafe called cafe by mongas where you can enjoy 2 complimentary coffee and 10% off on rest of the thing you purchase. Overall, i would say book your room in advance as during peak season it is hard to get room.

the stay was good, rooms were clean, staff was very cooperative. it was good experience. Mongas Hotel and Resort mongas. you rock 🤘. Mongas Hotel and Resort location was quite convenient for visiting mall road & panchpula.the Mongas Hotel and Resort is located just 5 min walk from gandhi chowk/mall road. the best thing about Mongas Hotel and Resort is that they have awsum view along with room balcony and one open terrace near cafeteria. the food was really awsum that one not need to step outside. perfect combo of neat and clean hygienic rooms. all over had a very pleasant stay.

Love the decison of choosing this property for my first ever trip to dalhousie. Situated bang on mall road and with great view of the valley the Mongas Hotel and Resort is a view point in itself. Really gorgeous decor all over the place and feels specially magical during the nights. The food served is top notch and the hosts are willing to accommodate any additional requests beyond the buffet served. All staff members are very courteous and professional and the property owner/manager personally assures that guests are being comfortable and well attended. Strongly recommend.

Stay was good nice location nice Mongas Hotel and Resort with open restaurant though the room we got delux room with valley view is very small as we have kids so we told them to change our room due to non availability they changed our room to double room which was very nice room but only for 1 day next day we went to that small room but overall good stay with good breakfast and very nice staff.

Property is nice, staff is cooperative and polite. Food was good. Needs basic improvements in washroom and toilet seat. One negative is that property does not face the peer panjal range which is an awesome view. Instead it faces the ranjit sagar lake which is a nice view but nothing compared to peer panjal mountain range side.

Hotel had everything but still few things were missing. Its a good property very near to gandhi chowk. It has every facility in room and dining arrangements and overall stay was great. There are many Mongas Hotel and Resorts with better views with cheaper rates. Breakfast buffet and food options are good but taste of many main course items we didnt liked and should be improved.

The property is situated near tibetan market gandhi chowk dalhousie. The view from the Mongas Hotel and Resort and amenities are excellent. During winter snowfall can be observed from Mongas Hotel and Resort room and each rooms feel like cottages. The staffs are quite responsive and breakfast buffet is excellent. The Mongas Hotel and Resort rooms are excellent

Awesome service, neat and clean room, amazing house keeping and wonderful ambiance. Mr sumit was accompanying us very well.

Great place to stay in dalhousie. The best thing of the Mongas Hotel and Resort is their restaurant and cafe. Thankyou for the great hospitality.

Though we have to wait for early check in but overall it's a good stay. Staff was really cooperative and helpful. Breakfast was just like home and delicious. Hospitality of restaurant staff is commendable. Quick room service and best location.

Nice Mongas Hotel and Resort, very good staff & delicious food

It’s definitely one of the best places to stay at this location. The staff is experienced and serves very well. Don’t need to go anywhere for the sunset just take a seat at their cafe or the balcony of your room.

The stay was very comfortable and food was yummy.
