Best hotel experience of my life! The food was exceptional — every dish perfectly cooked by a talented chef. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and added to the charm. Truly an unforgettable experience — can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended!

I booked the hotel after going through the pics. The mountain view was blocked from other construction around. Rooms were okay but the food was awful!

Food was good. But the kitchen services for room service are not satisfactory. Even after ordering for any item, you will not be served. The location of the property is terrible as without conveyance , you can not move to any place.

Location of the hotel was great and food was really good, however there are some parking issues which need to be sorted out at the hotel end.

Staff was not co-operative, There was no electricity at night. Guests were left on their own to sleep even without a fan. Completely ruined our friend's birthday plan.

Our stay at Montclair Ananta Elite (named Hotel Mountain Crest on Google Maps) was extremely uncomfortable to say the least. We had issues with hot water supply, toilet flush, and basics like missing shower gel and toiletries. The worst part is that the staff takes 30-40 minutes to tend to minor requests like sending things like a glass for water, and sending clean sheets. The only thing that is good about this place is the food they serve. Please avoid for anything else, even an overnight stay.

I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. We tried calling the reception three times just to inquire about breakfast, but our calls went unanswered. When we finally did get through, the response was disinterested and unhelpful. It seemed like ignoring guest calls was a regular habit here—on that same day, we spoke to two other guests who faced the exact same issue. The overall service was extremely poor, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you're expecting even basic hospitality.

No hot water facility on bath time & regional television intartentmaint

Nice comfortable room. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Location is a bit difficult to access. Food was tasty.

Way to reach to the hotel was very tough. There is very a half km quite long ramp. And non availbiliy of the local vehicl is very tough task to reach to the hotel with luggage. And office staff is very rude, a on reception is very rude. Room is very good. It's studio appartment. Thankyou

If you want to stay away from hustle bustle of the city life and want to relax, this is the place you should opt. It's beautiful, away from traffic, lot of parking space. Good hospitality. Thanks to all staff and mr sudarshan for making our stay beautiful with my family. The hotel is situated at mall road but slightly away from main road that makes it beautiful.

Food is very good room' is studio room, neat and clean hospitality is very good. Bathroom is very neat and clean
